In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Well first time when i did a unban appeal i though it was because i reported a player without solid proof, but now after 1/2 moths i decided to try again and i saw taht i was banned for vdm. I have seen the video that was proof for my vdm and all i want to say is that if u look at the video you sir can see that i was on the right side of the road and the guy that i ''ran'' over jumped in front me my car (that i stolen) .As u can hear in the video they were in a party and one of them said ''stop him, stop him''. And in his report he said he tried to ''You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting'' and we did, he asked for 50k and i gave him the 50k and left his gang. 1 admin came on ts and they talked about green zones or something like that, i don't remember the admin's name but he said if i pay him the 50k should do it. But then he asked for more money after i payed him, for his crew, around 150k i think.

Why should we unban you.
It has come to my attention that my account has been closed. I am aware of what i did wrong, i will promise that it won't happen again,  I do enjoy your server and i will love to be able to play again, i was stupid and i made a mistake, it's a human thing, everyone makes mistakes. its just a game and we need to act as mature as possible.Therefor I wish that i will be unbanned. I play the game very regularly.and have a lot more time on my hands (maybe too much time)... I would be very happy to get my account back and continue.I am sorry that I swore or i was unprofessional or disrespectful in any way, and was unaware that it would insult the person. I will be much nicer because I had a similar encounter.I will respect players/ admin now. All being said i can't wait to get back in the game. Great rp server. Thank you again and have a great day.

You were banned for stealing a truck that someone just pulled out without any RP then you proceeded to VDM

that was notin the rules at that time or is not in the rules, he reported me for blowing his car up. With all due respect i don't see why i should get banned for such a minor thing when i even paid him sir.

I never heard of failrp for stealing a car but i do apologize for my behavior. 

VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition: Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, or with intent to cause an explosion are all considered VDM here does not say about stealing. And the fact that everyone on that server steals your car as soon as u get it out of the garage, no matter the place, they just get in and sell it and your car is gone, i lose so much money and cars like that, i did 1 thing wrong and i get perma ban. unfair life i guess . And i don't want to be disrespectful but i don't see anywhere in the rules about stealing a car whitouth rp, is just like real life, you go and steal it, he had a gun so ofc i had no chance to disarm him or tie him up, so i just ran for the car, as i was saying like in IRL someone can come and take your car just like that if it's open. All i want is another chance. Is what everyone does and u think it's ok to do it because no one said anything to other, but got me into trouble. Whatever your decision is i will respect it. And 1 more thing to add, if you sir thank god unban me, and i start playing again and someone steals my car from the garage as soon as i spawn it, can i report them then?

You can only learn from a mistake after u admit you've made it. It won't be another situation like this, because i will never try to steal a car again, not from the guy's garage, but let's say it does happen again i will initiate rp with the person. I will try my best to create a good rp environment for the other players.  I can assure you there will not be another situation like this. Why? do you ask. Because i will try to join the police force /NHS as soon as possible.  I should and have to initiate and i will in the future.
