In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned because I combat logged after being stopped by police after I tried to evade them, they were going to scrap my truck I had just bought and I got mad and closed my game.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I am sorry for my stupid behaviour, it was childish and immature. I wouldnt do anything like this again and hope I can have another chance to play on your server.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

Sorry, I thought you only wanted the keyword of the rule not the whole rule.

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

This isn't acceptable as I swore at the police after they crushed my truck, I had some things happening in my personal life and I shouldn't have let it affect my roleplay and those involved, swearing at people outside of roleplay is not acceptable and I can only apologies for my childish behaviour.

Right, how does the community benefit from allowing you back? In your actual appeal, I see quite low effort here; which to me shows you don't actually care an awful lot. How can we trust this won't happen again? What would you do next time you were in this situation? I want a detailed response, please.

The reason it appears to be little effort is because this was a long time ago and cant remember everything that happened. I am very good at roleplaying after I have played in some other communities, I will accept all my punishments instead of trying to avoid them,  next time in this situation I would not combatlog and would roleplay with the police. I am sorry for my actions in the past and promise that it wont happen again. I promise you that I will follow all of the rules and will accept whatever fate throws at me, I am sorry for the lack of effort in my unban appeal but I would be very grateful to have the oppurtunity to rejoin your community.

 
As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
