In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for running over a guy (SafcNashy) who was going to shoot my friend and I stupidly decided to run him over, as I was a little bit annoyed due to being robbed a couple of times in a row that day.

Why should we unban you ?
It's my first ever ban on Roleplay.co.uk, which I have been playing on for around a year. It is a server that I enjoy playing on and have made lots of friends on. I understood at the time the thing I was doing would probably get me banned, I was having a bad day and should have taken a break from the game and would have probaly never broken the rules. I love this server and want to help people have a good time on it. I have run back over the rules just to make sure they are all clear in my head and I hope I will not break the rules in such and idiotic manner in the future. Not even being to play for a couple hours has shown me how much I regret my decision and its safe to say that I have learnt from my mistake.

Okay Josh, I believe that you are sincere.

I am surprised to see someone that has been here for so long break such a simple rule..

How do I know that on your next bad day you won't just break another rule?

To prove to me that you have read and understood the rules can you please quote me the VDM rule and explain it in your own words?

In the scenario described, what would have been a 'legal'* course of action?

*being a scenario where you don't break the rules.

@Samatlewis The VDM rule states that VDM, being vehicle death match - use of a vehicle as a weapon, is a bannable offence. The only exception to the rule is using an MRAP to ram another MRAP in order to make it immobile, and not to kill players. 

A legal course of action for the scenario would be to use any weaponry on my person, by first making him aware that I would not be afraid to use force, in order to deter the other person from killing my friend or to contact the police in hope that they would be able to arrive before anything bad happened to my friend and stop the man from killing him.
