In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was driving my car on the road and suddenly someone was on the road. I accidently drove over him.

Why should we unban you ?
1. I did it accidently
2. He was sitting in the middle of the road at a stack of cash. I was just driving my car and suddenly he was on the road.
3. I tried to avoid him but it didnt worked, I instantly stopped my car and got out. But at that moment I was already frozen and kicked out of the game.
4. I have made my apologies to the staff for making this fault.

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

I did run over a person and have read the rules. I made sure I never do this again by reduce my speed while driving a car.

2. You are getting chased by two police SUV's. One comes up on your left and one comes up on your right, both cars are within 1-2 meters from your Tempest. Can you ram them off the road due to the fact they are obviously chasing you?

3. You are driving down the Kavala high street at 26KMPH, 3 bald civilians in flip flops run infront of every car driving down the road before the driver has a chance to stop the vehicle. Once hit by the vehicles all the hobos scream 'VDM' hysterically. The drivers carry on without stopping.               Has the driver done anything wrong?

4. Should you hit a civilian/cop/medic/UNMC by accident what should you do?

In this situation, I would not even choose to drive away, I will release all my money without even thinking about it. I will not risk my life for money.

In this scenario, I would choose to not drive any cars off the road. I would stop, as it was intended by law when a police officer asks you to stop. I would also not drive a other car of the road because I have will bring other people in danger.

In this situation I don't think it is that difficult to stop the vehicle because I was driving only 26 kmph. But in case I accidently would hit a bald civilians (dont think the 'bald' is nessecary) but then I dont think I did anything wrong according the law/rules. 

* EDIT: I do think he did something wrong if he would drive away without stopping. It is illegal to drive away after a accident. I would say if he did stop and did know the person was okay he did nothing wrong if he drove away after taking care of him. And a cop has confirmed I did not commit VDM, even though the hobos are accusing me for it.

4. Should you hit a civilian/cop/medic/UNMC by accident what should you do?

I think you mean "if you'd hit a ...'. Then in that case if swerving around him didnt help, I would get out of my car immidiatly and made sure the injured person is in good care of a medic, if not I would request a medic and a cop to explain what happened. After that I think there would be a fine or a law suite against me.
