In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So, me and my gang were on the way to one of our Gang members houses as it was being raided by the cops, and as we were a good distance away from the house by the time we arrived they were just taking of in one BlackFish and one HellCat. We landed and to my eyes proceeded to give the BlackFish warning shots, along with warning shots to the HellCat. As the police saw us with illegal rifles, they hovered above our landed HummingBird to prevent us leaving the scene. While the BlackFish was hovering above our Heli there was more shots being fired by the people giving warning shots, I was not giving any as I did not have any tracers, By this time I feel that sufficient warning shots were given, as all shots were at the BlackFish. It hovered for a few more seconds and then flew off, the ramp then opend at the back of the BlackFish to let the people in it fire back I then shot 4 people out of the BlackFish. As I feel that sufficient warning shots were given I believe this is not RDM but it is debatable.
After the situation I spoke to Samuel and he explained to me what I had done wrong, after watching the video multiple times I disagree with his opinion but I do see were he is coming from as at the angles the Heli's were at the tracers goes past the BlackFish and towards the HellCat which may of made Samuel think they were fierd towards him and not to the BlackFish.

Why should we unban you ?
The reason you should unban me is that I feel Samuel Thompson has dealt with this situation poorly, my reasoning behind this is that he banned in a situation he was involved in and he was not in the blackfish, meaning he could not have seen if enough warning shots had been fired at the blackfish, also he may had thought that the warning shots given to the blackfish were at him as they go past the blackfish towards him. Futhermore as shown in the video supplied from CI Wasted you can clearly hear members of the police force say that are are receaving warning shots and that the BlackFish is bullet proof which shows that they have acknowledged that they are recieving warning shots and understand the situation. Along side this you can hear the Police shouting ‘Open the ramp and light them up’, which clearly means they knew that they were initiated on, and then as soon as they were killed they all claimed RDM, which is slightly confusing. You can also see in the video the multiple rule breaks from the Police’s side such as people saying ‘It’s them’ which is a reference to the house that was being broken into, as seen when Wasted key chains us. In the video you can also see that the Hummingbird is VDM’d (this was later cleared up in teamspeak). If the peron reading this does disagree with me and think I did wrong and it was RDM I am very sorry as it was completely unintesional and a mistake that I can assure will never happen again, as I will be 100% when shooting apon someone. I have been part of the community for over 8 months and it is the best roleplaying community about and I want to be proud to be part of the community. Thanks for reading, JohnnyMac
