The case against me is RDM and fail roleplay but that is not the case in this situation.

Why should we unban you ?
In the video the accuser posted as evidence it shows us approaching him and trying to initiate an interaction/robbery, but instead of interacting with us he decides to ignore us and makes a break for the green zone. At 4:26 you can here us tell him to stop and get on the floor but him and his friend talking on Teamspeak overpowers the In game chat, The only reason he was killed in the green zone is because we gave him enough time to run that far before we opened fire, unfortunately he may not have heard us initiate but I feel it would have been better to talk this dispute out rather than a bad report on the forums.

Only thing that was said was "alright bro", there was no initiation therefore he is entitled to run wherever he likes. Why did you feel the need one to kill him in this situation and two not initiate in any quality way at all?

Understandable, when we approached we was telling him to get on the ground although hard to hear on the video, I thought it was necessary to shoot him as I suspected he was going to use the green zone to avoid a robbery, which is against the rules?... thanks for the reply.

It may not be my place to say, but to add to this you can hear someone in the group say at 4:25 "Fella get on the ground." Before a laugh is heard. I was involved in the group so you may see this as bias but just adding it to help.

I would have sorted this out with Colin in teamspeak if he wanted to and gave him compensation and told him my side rather than him going straight to the forums, I would still be happy to do that, sorry for the inconvenience.

It does not matter if you did or did not say "get on the ground"
either way the roleplay shown from your side is not welcomed here.
as well your friends. " says kill him before he enter the green zone".
this ban is completely justified.
