In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to very poor roleplay on my behalf and using that an active gunfight down the road to kill officers which I should not have done as it was a different situation entirely and I understand that and I was also banned for RDM due to not showing any good initiation for the actions I took and showed clear signs of RDM as I did not attempt roleplay with the officers.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I have been with this community for a very long time now and I am sincerely sorry for the mistake in my actions, I never do anything like this and this would be my first time doing this and i'm deeply sorry for the mistakes in my actions and I understand why i was banned and I have learnt and noticed what needs change and what i need to be more careful with. I have re read the rules 2-3 times today to make sure there are no chance of me not understand or missing a rule so I have the full knowledge of the rules on the server, I know this was a very bad situation and as most of the staff team know and members of this community i never make these mistakes and I can assure you that this mistake will not be repeated at all and I will assure you that I will make sure to roleplay and find out what is actually going on before acting with my actions as I did here which was very bad and seriously stupid of me to do. I do want to say im very sorry for me acting the way I did. I hope that I can prove and show to you that this was a one time mistake and that i am nothing like I was in that situation and I understand the mistakes I took, I know I was trying to use the active firefight as a reasoning for me to act with these actions but I should not have done it either way as they were not involved and the gunfight was away from this situation where another roleplay situation was occurring and I notice this now which I should've noticed before and I promise that this mistake will not happen again.

i could've advised the officer not to attempt something this silly as there is multiple men around the area who are currently firing upon officers and i'd advise him there is an active firefight down the road where the police are fighting rebels, i'd say the best thing to do would be to leave the area to avoid him getting injured and his other officer hurt. Also i'd advise him to not to attempt to tase me in any sorts as i am involved with the firefight down the road and they would provide assistance if he attempted to restrain me, i'd advise them if i am tased then i would have to broadcast a call to the men to gain assistance where it would not end well for the two officers, I'd reassure them if they get into the car and drive towards kavala they would not be harmed and i'd tell them to do the smartest option for their life.

John I'd say that I'm disappointed but I don't think it covers how vile that actually was... How long have you been here now to know better than that? It's all well and good telling us what you "should" have done but it doesn't say very much. I know that you already know what you "should" have done, but yet you chose not to. You then come along and expect merit of time to carry you anywhere when really it's quite the opposite. The time you have spent here means we expect so much more out of you in order to set an example.

I notice you were also warned about another rule break by another staff member only a few weeks before your ban. Whatever's happened to you needs sorting out immediately if you expect to go much further within this community.

You will be getting unbanned today, but I'd like to make it very clear that you are much better than this and you know it, but yet you still acted like this. Consider it your saving grace that I don't think I've heard anything but good things about you for months leading up to this event and I'm giving you some benefit of the doubt that you fucked up in the moment and that you won't do anything like this again. Don't feel that you are above coming and asking sometimes if you are unsure about the rules sometimes as I don't want to see you putting one of these ever again. Don't let me down now...
