I have no idea. I see combat log. That means i log off when i combat? But i don't remember kind a thing. As far as i can remember i was ended a selling a cargo of my tempest (iron) and i go safe palce to log off, cause i was need to go work in real time in real life...

some idiots run too me use cars to stop me... cause the tempest is bulletproof...
I call police 5-10 minutes they arrive get me off the guys and i go where i want and log off... that was 6 months ago... Since then i not log back and now i have time to take some game and i see this combat log? this is?

Why should we unban you ?
Well... most of the time i play fair. But i wont get out my armored truck just for die. okey police another thing if they stop me, yes i go out the vehicle.
Look. i got vdm, i got rdm, I got kidnapped by some "freak" in this particular, still time to time i like to be back and and play some. But if i was need to go to work, and i have little time for bullshits yes. I take shortcuts. Not breaking rules, MAJOR rules... shortcuts. I dont stop for gunned failed aiming "spray and pray" type of robbers.
For this i get bann. I must say something not kind... couse its not nice...
Sorry if im hars... but try to see this in my side a bit. Im not a kid, not shool kid im working if im late... not a few words what i got... if they don't get this what a hell can do? give up everything i work for hours. 

even if not unbann me pls answer this: In this kind a situation what you do? Give up? late for work or log off when you didin't see those robbers since few MINUTES ago????

This was nothing to do with your ban.

You we're banned for "Breaking RP and combat logged when being initiated on at Athira garage. Also combat stored his vehicle."

so... otherwords i shoud late from work or just give up everything couse of a roleplay? 
Off course i bet all of my money whit this character whic is 1.2Million for those who report me dosent report ther own rule breaking monent! When they rammed with me their car, to stop me. Ther is something in the rules called VDM. Unfortunate for them the tempest is tough... and off course they report me, when i have no time run around the map , but i not let robb me.

If i was a time i dont log off. i stay in the truck until they start boring and understand they cant pick me off from the truck. But as i mentioned i was no time. And i said this a dozen time loud and clear those iq fighters. Ask them both thing: Ring a bell?

Ohh and one more thing they was not aroudn me when i stored the truck. As mentioned they was stop me first time half way and i called cops, get me off the guys. they arrived again when i was loggeing off... 

So this is fair for combat log?

No, if it's time to go to work, then you need to log-off, but the sensible and adult decision that many of us make is to log-off long before we need to leave. This allows us time to tie up any activities that we were partaking in, then log off within the confines of the rules then leave/get ready for work.

If you have evidence of the other party breaking rules then you had the opportunity to report them, however that doesn't contradict the fact you broke a server rule and are now banned for it.

VDM - As two or three (i don't remeber how many... more then one, thats sure and i don't remember their names but fine forget this vdm its happen is server more time can count intentional or not)

So as far as i remember its happend some morning something i was 2 hours free before go work i take some time play game make one route to mine-refine and sell.
it was fine no problem. But the "problem" started some where Agios Dionysios  main road... out of nowhere car get me rammed. I slowed stoped then i saw at least one armed guy out of car. i was not need hear them full gas. They start shoot failed aiming and chase another few hundred meter until they rammed me again. some how they stopped me and try to shoot me out of the truck. I called police in global i guess. when arrived the cop patrol they out of bullet and my truck has one wheel... so the guys start them talk with the officer and i take time to repair my truck after i tell they attacked me. When i leave as far as i remember the guys still talk with the officer.
The at Athira after i was take my truck the garage the very same guys showed up.  The MOMENT when i was wait the 10 sec in menu... 
And they came up with line to give them my truck and all my money or they shoot me down. A replies: Im logging of im need to go work. Loud and clear serval time. 
They reaction: Same as before just little change: Give as all you have or will report you...

i laughed at moment... looked in past i shoudn't have...

That is the whole story. Maybe they tell a differnt version or other side of the story, i don't care. this is the whole.
I logged of after i tell them im leaving the server. To understand the gravity of the stiuation. This little fella is going to work in REAL life so he has no time for bullshits in game.
Possibly in log of time they kill or knocked of and robbed my character but i dosen't cared about that one. My money was on bank account right after i sold the cargo, and i take safe the truck before they showed up again. 
And this is the truth im not lie, but possibly all the little fella say this all the time so need proof?

Reason is simple you don't know me. My freind do, this is not hey call too, to uplift the ban.

If i really want a combat log just plug of my net cabel from the pc... Connection lost. 
Instead what is did? Tell them i was go for work, and logg off, hope they accept and understand.

During  a firefight its clear: not log of between reloads...
Chased by police: hell you need watch the incoming traffic too
Arrested police: If you like bad things suffer the consequences
Dead wait medic:  77th JSOC Rule number one: Wait the medic when you dead... those timers enough to take 2 smoke or and go bathroom...
Loggin out in order to save the gear: In this case i was sloppy maybe or not.
Rage quitting: I better like give back the kindness...
Logging out restrained/detained: same as arrested police...

Even if not my own mother language is english i understand the rules and play by... at least i try...

Well, let me think... Yeah. I guess i learnd the thing about is not go game at least this kind a game if you have just limited time. Cause Muphy law: Shit happens all the time. And if i have just 2 hours strictly i cant give another half or half an hour for roleplay.

With this i can doge the situtaion like this in future. Especially if not lifted the ban... And funny abouth both thing solve the case, but about the last im not going to be happy...

I can swear the god for im terribly terribly sorry what happend, but im not gonna lie like other folks here, do by some intended or not intented rule break. ( really think the sorry? Hell no... just say what staff like to hear at least the majority, didn't meanit seriusly)
This extact wituation never ever happen again, but if somme miracel repruduce this exact moment. I don't say i not doing the same as i did. In this situation there is not good chose, at least im going out good. Sure i can leave the seat go out for the somke wait out shot and loot me down... but in this case i shoud wait the medic or not?
What ever the real different thing is will do, is make a video about the whole chasing office meeting and parking lot and logg out procces...

Okay first off, other people breaking rules does not allow you to be a rule breaker. You obviously forgot about this, when you decided to obviously break RP, and then log off to avoid Roleplay. This whole server revolves around Roleplay and in this case you decided to leave to avoid it, which is a quite heavy offense. If people break rules, report them and get it dealt with, and as Aiden said, YOU are the banned member for rulebreaking, this is not a cross examination on who else breaks rules, nothing will be done without proof. I took the liberty of looking through your chat logs because of the comment, I am also going to go through all the problems I got with this whole appeal.

You are here, because you broke a rule, we are here to find out if you are a valuable member to the community, and you decide to argue the fact of fairness of your ban, even though two Staff Members tell you otherwise right before. Take the hint, you are banned because you broke a rule, if it was unfair then Aiden and Robbie would not have entertained you this long, and you would be playing on the server. Honestly, this whole argument is a waste of Staffs time.

So with this, I am denying your unban appeal, come back in 2 weeks when you have reread the rules, figured out what you did wrong and give us an actual reason to unban you.
