Because I shot a police officer in the head whilst he was dealing with a rp situation

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that the time I have been banned has shown me how much I miss playing on this server, I do indeed feel remorse for what I have done and would love to be unbanned so I can continue roleplaying, I will never ever dream of doing anything again that gets me unbanned as (as I have said) I have found how much I do miss playing on this server.

Ok 1. Can you delete my Permanent Ban Appeal I couldn't see this dispute where it was so I submitted one there because it was a Perma-ban of which I had received.

2 I believe 7.1.3 is the rule I broke "(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together."

Which is there so everyone can enjoy their time on the roleplay server, if this rule was not in place then it would just be some kind of war server like wasteland for example, which would not be unique like roleplay is, roleplay is supposed to be immersive but also fun, immersive in the fact that anyone that you meet may shoot you, but fun in the way that you don't get sniped from a long distance away.
