I do not know, I was teken hostage and my friends were going to save me and when they found me and had freed me, I went in there car and I did not do anything more.

Why should we unban you ?
I am online every day. I love playing on this server and I think i did not do anything wrong. and if i did I wil change because I love this server.

How did your friends know exactly where you were if you were gagged and zip tied?

 
I told my friends I saw a Orange car following me in athira and if they could help me, shortly after I got taken hostage, and then they went searching for me. 

 
no, I just found out that you stil can jump in cars and get out while restraind, If that is restrain glitching i am sorry.

Are you aware we're a serious RP server, and that jumping in and out of the car is not intended since you have to be physically placed in the car?

 
So what are you gonna change if you get unbanned? What are you going to do different next time?

I wil read the rules 1 more time and vind out what all the gliches are so i can not do them by mistake. 

I will not do gliching and wil role play better.
