I was banned because I killed me without saying anything but I thought I was alright as we were raiding his gang base also I didn't reply it the report for a few days it was not possible for me to respond as I had a ban from posting as I added to a report against someone

Yeah you comped him however you still broke a major rule. Please in your own words explain the RDM in your own words.

 
me and some friends where raiding his gang base I saw him running about with a gun and shot him he then ask me in ts and said if I comped him its all fine and not to worry about it I did and I still get reported

 
So you were banned from teamspeak the day before and then decided to go and break rules in-game? Explain your logic to me.

 
I didn't realise it was rdm cus we were robbing his base I thought that I was aloud to getting banned no ts was nothing to do with this and I still had ts when were raiding the base I really thought I was aloud to kill he plus when I realised it was an rdm I camped the guy and he said don't worry about it but then gos a head to report me still after we made an agreement

I know its no excuse for what I did on ts but ive been really stressed about my exams that I have now finished on this day I had been really stressed

I really want to get back on the server to play with my friends as I enjoy the rp on this server as we once even robbed the hm as ghosted busters  

 
So if you get stressed in situations you will break rules? And if you comp someone its still a rule break its between you and the other party.

 
I wasent stressed from the game it was from personal stuff witch is now delt with so wont effected me

So effective what you are say is if i broke someones cars and gave them money to fix it and they say cheers dont worry about then take me to court for breaking there car and i have proof i have allready paid them who do you think the judge would side with?

 
We are the judges and we've already ruled a decision. Good to know you won't break a rule again.
