In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was off duty doing some rebel stuff robbing people. Me and two of my mates come by some people doing a run so we attempt to rob them, my two mates go up to rob one of them as the other escaped. The guy they were going up to rob RDMs one of my mates and i kill him, then his friend who drove off shoots my other mate and kills him so i attempt to shoot the guy. I fail to kill him and he drives off in his truck boxer and i follow him from above in my hummingbird thinking that i could land ahead of him and shoot him as he drives by. As i attempt to land he stops at some houses and i think he was going to go out and shoot me down so i fly off a bit and land about 500-600m out so i could take him on on foot. I run up towards where i thought he was holding waiting for me to push but from his video you could see that he didnt know i was still a threat. Anyway me running those meters took too long and i fully understand why i got banned for the reason i did as 5 min had passed and the person i shot did not think i was a threat anymore meaning i should have re-initiated. It was a mess up from my part and if i get unbanned i will make sure if a situation like this happen again i will make sure the person in question knows that i am still a threat.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been on this community for a year now and i've been following the rules to the best of my ability except for the two times i've got myself banned. The first time i was fairly new to the server and was not very familiar with altis life, roleplay or the rules on this community and i managed to get myself banned for NLR. After that i read up on all the rules and kept myself updated on them. Second time i was banned was quite recently approx 3 months ago and that was just me being stupid not thinking that i was breaking a rule. I know on my last appeal Matt said that another chance for me to get unbanned was unlikely and i understand if the staff member(s) dealing with this agrees with what was said and denies me, though i hope this is not the case. As i did on my last appeal i'd like to point out that even though i was breaking a rule i had no malicious intend such as ruining someone elses experience on the server. And i am sorry for ruining my reportees time on the server.

As i stated above when i play on the server i try to make everyones experience good and enjoyable and i never intentionally break rules to gain an advantage over others or just to be a dick.
My roleplay over the last month or two has gotten a lot better i'd say and it would be a shame for me to get banned now. If i get unbanned i would continue as i was doing before i got banned with roleplaying as UNMC (if i get to stay) and make sure i do not break anymore rules as this will most likely be my last chance.

None of the times i have broken rules it has been in malicous intent, it has just been mistakes from my part which i have learnt from.

If i were to be unbanned i'd understand it would be my last chance and i would try my best not to make another mistake.

As i stated in my initial post i believe my roleplay has gotten a lot better recently and i believe me playing on the server would give not only give me a fun time and good experience but also the people i meet in game aswell as the friends that i play with.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

RDM is when you shoot someone without any form of roleplay or with poor roleplay.

In my situation i broke it by shooting someone 5 min after the gunfight was active.

This is the 2nd ban involving some kind of screw up during combat.  You say your bans were all genuine mistakes, 3 in a year. I appreciate that mistakes happen, but there are players who've been here for multiple years without a single ban.  Usually, if someone is a repeat offender it comes down to the type of activities they focus on. Could it be that you're perhaps a little too motivated by the gun-play over the role-play?

If you were to be given that golden 3rd chance, how do you think you can minimise another fatal mistake?

I mean i enjoy a good gunfight as much as a lot of other people on the server but i don't play here just to have gunfights, there are other altis life communities where very low quality roleplay is fine and i have tried to play on them and i don't enjoy it at all. What makes gunfights enjoyable is the good roleplay that precedes it. So i wouldn't say that i enjoy gunplay over roleplay i enjoy both but most importantly i don't enjoy gunfights without good roleplay but i enjoy roleplay without gunfights aswell.

I would focus more on roleplay and giving out good roleplay or making sure good roleplay is given before starting a gunfight. I would also think twice before i do something that could be a rulebreak as i don't want to have a 6 month break, just be careful in general not to make another mistake.

I do not quite understand in the way you phrased it but i assume you mean that if i get unbanned now and then next time i get banned i will get a 6 month break? If so yes i do understand that and i will be careful not to make another mistake as i am aware of the consequences.
