In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: In August I was playing in the server then quit for two months. I came back today to try and play it but a message saying I was banned popped up. The only reason I can think of being banned was I called someone by their user name at that time and they said they would get me banned for that. I didn't know about that rule and I really tried to play it off with some role play
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I love the server and want to keep playing it. I am gradually learning the aspects of an RPG of this magnitude.

Can you explain why you thought Combat logging was a good idea?

 
I'm not sure what I did exactly during that time but I do know when I started playing on the server I was definitely new and oblivious to some of the rules (Just picked up Arma 3 and my only experience at that time was playing your server).  I do apologize for whatever I did at that time but I did my best to follow the rules when I played.  I've grown and learned a lot since I've started.  I am reading/learning the rules now since I plan to rejoin the server in a couple weeks. I've been busy at work for these last 2 months and I'll have a chance to play again in a couple weeks.  Today, I just wanted to check if I still had my stuff in the game, but now, I saw that I was banned.

 
Combat Logging.

I just looked at the reporter's post & screenshot and now I remember what happened.

I was role playing as the corner store bandit at the time.  I was robbing people in the market in Aggios Disynios as the Jamacian corner store bandit and then one of my robberies went bad as one of the people I was robbing got away and managed to pull a gun out.  I ran out to the second story of this building to hide.  I saw the guy come out into the street and thought it was the guy I was previously engaged in.  So I started shooting him to take him out but apparently it wasn't the same person.  I completely missed the guy.  A few minutes later I get shot in the back and died.

After my death I was upset that after so many successful robberies I had forgotten to deposit my money, meaning I lost all my stolen money.  At that time I was tired so after I died I left the game to come back and play at another time.  I don't shoot people randomly.  I don't kill for no reason.  I do my best to Role Play in all situations.  I apologize for this.  I'm happy to come on teamspeak to sort it out.
