In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
In my opinion i was banned for poor role play, i honestly accept that i could of done better, and i will not sit here and sugar coat it. The reasons for execution are completely valid in every right. The reason for execution is within accordance of UNMC law. I will disagree in seeing that this is RDM, but i agree on the part of poor RP. I should of gave the Police officers a chance to speak to me, and role play back so that the scenario for them is as enjoyable for me as it is for them. instead i simply got out of my helicopter, gave a short explanation as to why the police officers are being executed and shot 3 officers dead. To improve on this is I should of given them a chance to role play back, and hear what they had to say. In general i was having a rush, and a general build up of wanting to execute the officers due to the tensions with the police and the build up for in respect "being pissed off"

In the future, if possible, i will make maximum role play out of executions and all role play situations, like i have been doing in every scenario but now.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel i should be unbanned because i have looked over the situation with @Drew and had a mature and professional conversation about what i could of improved, and what i could of changed to make the role play more enjoyable for the CSO's and SGT that were executed, He agrees that this was not a case of RDM, but believes this is a case of Poor or uncoordinated role play. I can see the reasons to what i was banned even though i don't necessarily agree with them.
Along with this i have recomendations from community contributors and iconic long time serving role players such as Khandimir who has been witness and been apart of my high quality role play. I feel making 1 mistake out of hundereds of good scenarios is nothing to be banned over, i think a warning at most, a ban is something that is used as a last resort, i have no reccords of bans or warnings and therefore should only receive a warning. To top it off the RP scenario (executions) started at 10:30PM and finished by 11:15PM (we then moved on to a different RP scenario), i logged off of the game at 3AM(roughly), so why have a i been banned past the time i logged off? I have no player reports, and i was not instantly banned, surely if i was RDM'ing players that would be cause for an immediate ban? Nevertheless i accept my ban and feel i should be unbanned for the reasons above.

I am not convinced you do accept your ban by what you've written here, it's all wishy washy. Almost as though you don't understand why you've been banned and you're not only lieing to yourself but to the staff team when you say you DO understand why you've been banned.. I mean, re-read what you've written and sit in my chair, from my perspective. Does that look like someone that UNDERSTANDS and ACCEPTS that what they did in-game is acceptable? I've seen the footage and to be frank I am surprised the other player that executed the cops with you isn't banned.

I respect the fact you've had no priors, however you are a WHITELISTED member and you were in-game as a WHITELISTED member, which means you are meant to be the leading example of HIGH quality roleplay and NOT what you delivered in-game. 

Now, please convince me why you should be unbanned. Explain the rule you have broken and what you could have done to a void ending up here in the first place.

I appreciate your response and take it on board, okay this is a big mis-understanding, i don't want you to take my attitude as "cheeky" or "Wish washy" as this is not the type of person i am. If possible would i be able to clarify to you my point as i would prefer not to clarify it here as it is too complicated to actually put in to words, i am available on teamspeak all the time. I will Admit now that i did RDM, but i will say it was a complete accident

So before this incident, my mic messed up, and i was hot miking throughout my teamspeak channel and at the time could not fix it, as a quick fix i muted my mic from my wire. I then forgot to unmute myself when i had logged back in game, so as i was talking to the officers i was not saying anything to them on your screens, but on my side i was trying to role play, i thought the reason they were blanking me is due to them being salty, but in fact i did forget to unmute myself from my actual mic, this caused me to accidentally RDM 3 officers, yes an accident, but RDM nevertheless. It is kinda sad because i actually gave a pretty decent speech, in a way im am ashamed it was missed. From my side i am sorry, i am not an average rule breaker and did not intentionally rdm, this is indeed an accident and i am willing to suffer the consequences. 

I did not know until watching the video that i could not be heard saying anything, in my mind i was role playing to a high standard (which i was) but in this case i made the bad mistake of not unmuting myself. Once again i am sorry, and sorry if you thought i was giving any attitude, i assure you that i'm not.

The rule that I broke is (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I had a good chat with you the other regarding your ban, I hope you have learned from your mistake. If you do have Mic issues in future I expect you to log out and not put yourself in a similar situation as you did here.
