Me and my friends got reported for RDM, we didnt knew we got reported till we were banned, my friends are unbanned now and we never heared anything from the guy that reported us to solve it.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my friends were playing the server as ussual and we didnt notice that we didnt talk in direct chat since we used Group chat to communicate with eachtother and so we forgot to change it when we initiated on the person, we didn't notice we've done anything wrong till we got banned and for that we checked the forums and we saw the report against us, we tried to talk to admin's about it but they just said make a ban appeal.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe i've learned my lesson after more then a year+ being banned and i still wanna play here to have fun with my friends, if i get unbanned i'll make sure i wont let you guys down by giving me another chance, i will make sure that i read through all the rules and fully understand them before i log on the server. and i understand for what i got banned for and for how to avoid getting banned for it again, and i'll make sure it wont happen again.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

We have this rule so we can roleplay with eachother, without shooting people without talking in direct to him and correctly initiate on someone when u have a valid reason.

 
So let's say we put you in a rather similiar situation.

What would you do different ?
(By all means create a scenario)

 
I will make sure that  im talking in direct chat and not use groupchat to talk to my friends and if it somehow happens that im talking in a diffrent chat ill try and resolve it with the guy i was roleplaying it and say that ik sorry because i didnt talk in direct chat.
