In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I put money in an ATM and started to walk back to my tempest device when I got held up and the guy shot me because I told him I had no money on me and that I already put it into the ATM. I flamed in (OOC) chat and called him out for failRP.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that you should unban me because at the time of the incident, I was not thinking and I am reading the rules again to ensure I do not make mistakes like this again. I take full responsibility and regret my actions. I will deeply appreciate if I get unbanned and will take the opportunity to to create better roleplay and think more in game.

I am struggling to decide what to do here as the reason for unbanning you has been laid our quite weak in your appeal.. Could give me some more weighted reasons why I should even consider this appeal considering you said this to another player "5:25 PM (Unknown) Jake Mcartson NICE KOS GOT THAT RECORDED FAG

I think that you should consider giving me a second chance because at the time I was not thinking of what I was saying as I was so angry that he just KOSed me for no reason and I apologize for the use of homophobic language towards the player and I do not consider of using words like that again. Another reason for why i think you should unban me is because, I have reread all your servers rules again to reassure myself that I 100% know the rules so I do not make another offense like this. The final reason why I should be unban is because I fully take the blame for the encounter and I will not do this again as it was immature.
