right i was banned because i was stupid and did not say in game to the player "get out the car or i will shoot" this then led to be attempted RDM as i never told him or give him time to react when i started shooting at him.

Why should we unban you ?
i would like to be unbanned as i have been going to other rp servers and all of them are rubbish. this server is probably one of the best rp servers out there in my eyes. i would like to be un banned so i can go and experience what it was like to do rp again as i have not done it in some time but i am shore i will stay under the rule and guide lines of the server, also i would like to show my friends what rp is like because there have no idea what it is like.

it will never happen again because i will always make shore that my rp is at a high stranded at all times. i will make shore that i will initiate before taking an action to shot.    

 
how i would rob some one is by

first asking them in game to "put your hands up or i shoot" this time in game and giving them time to react. i would then if i had zip-tis, tie him/her up and ask him/her name, gang if their in one and what kind of business you are in. if i like the guy/girl by what gang or business or he/her is unemployed then i would not rob them maybe let them tag along. but if i don't like the him/her i will possible take them hostage or just scrip them of all his/her's goody's.
