In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because we were in an active gun fight (at Night making it hard to differentiate between the decals on a medic car and police car) and I shot the car thinking it was the Police but accidentally killed two Medics.

Why should we unban you ?
Because at the time we was robbing a fuel station and the police force turned up with about 8 police cars and 1 hunter and I was focused on killing the police as they had just shot my friend who was robbing the fuel station. I panic'd so much that I didn't manage to record the fight after I died because I realised i shot the medics and I immediately wrote to the medic called FA. Wasted and said I was really sorry because of the confusion. I didn't even get a chance to talk with the medics on teamspeak as Jamz banned me before I could even join the teamspeak.
PS: I never meant to kill the Medics as I am always very careful about what I do on the Server, this was a huge accident and I apologize profusely for what happened, I enjoy playing on these servers with my friends very much and I would love to be given the opportunity to do so once again.

Is their no way to check what I msg'd? I cannot prove as pretty much 30 seconds after I sent the message Jamz kicked me off the server.

I also wanted to add to my post that I have also had +40hrs in the past week on the server literally no reason for me to do this on purpose. If theirs no way for you to check msgs I sent then I cannot prove to you. I do know that Wasted may have been tabbed out uploading the video as Jamz requested Johnny to upload a report and may have missed my message but I 100% sent him the message.

I don't see why you have been doing this, @Jamm ?

Regardless as to whether you're commenting on the youtube video or not, unban appeals are done here and only here, and if anything commenting on the report is a little bit silly... if you have more to say, then you can say it here so Staff can view it also.

You say on that comment;

"...you drove up with flashing lights and stopped in the middle of the road when I was firing at someone across the road" and then completely go against what you said by saying, "...and that's what I saw from my side and that's why I fired at you otherwise I would of left you be"...

So which one is it? Did you shoot at him because of a visual bug? Or did you shoot at him because you was already mid firing? I mean, regardless to that - you shot someone that was not threat to your life - whether it was a visual bug or not...

You're contradicting yourself so much here...

Well its both to be honest. Shame that you didn't give me a chance to explain in ts before you banned me all you told me was to right an appeal. So thats what I did. 

You're saying im not allowed to write on his YouTube? Seems a bit dumb to me I was just explaining to him since he never let me talk to him via ts. Also for your info the second screenshot has nothing to do with me but I get why you think it. I'm not here to start an argument i'm here to see if i'm going to be unbanned or not.

Edit: In his youtube video I was on the right side and I saw a naked man with a beret so I assumed it was police since I couldn't tell the difference between decals at night. if I saw he had medic clothes obviously I would of left him be.

Ban first, questions later here. It's worked for a very long time and will continue to be how we work here. It allows all parties involved to explain situations in a control environment.

Secondly, I didn't say that you're not allowed to write on his report video on YouTube, I said it was very silly to, just seems like you're trying to cause arguments.

I'm handing this one back over to @Crumble as I am the staff member that issued the ban.

The two rules I broke

RDM: Random Death Match is killing a player without initiation/not giving them enough time to comply.For example shooting someone out of their vehicle without saying anything/not giving them enough time to follow the orders you have given.

Killing Medic: You CANNOT shoot medics nor take them hostage. You also cannot steal ANY of their vehicles.

I am extremely sorry to the medics I shot and I promise I will be more careful and not shoot any medics or people that enter the fight that they're not apart of.
