I think I was banned because I failed to follow the initiation rules on a heli. I understand what I've done and I have changed since then.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I love this server and I understand I was banned last year but I want to come back and play this server was one of the best I played on and I would love to come back. I would like to continue to play with some of my friends on this server and I would like to see all the old guys that I used to know.

Its been a while since you where banned, what stopped you from appealing earlier? 

Prior to your ban you had been warned for RDMing cops near the drug dealer.

I broke the rule of rdm (random deathmatch) after I shot a man in a heli that was not an officer. I did apply but I had to go on holiday so it was denied.

 
I broke the rule Random Deathmatch or RDM which is when a person, in this case, me kills a random player without a valid reason/initiation. I shot a man who was in a heli due to the fact that I thought he did damage to my friend in my heli. The warn was from where I was new to rp and didnt know about rdm.

You say you were new and didn't know about RDM.  Why didn't you read the rules at the time?  Are you sure that you've read ALL our rules and understood them this time?

After that I read them and now fully understand it and what I did wrong. I'm confident that I know most common rule breaks like rdm,vdm fail rp etc. If there is anything else I don't know or understand I will take a look at the rules.
