In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
About 3 months ago I was banned for RDM'ing. Overall it was a very confusing situation and it was very questionable from the video whether or not it was an RDM case. Long story short is, we hunted a couple of guys after they had engaged on us, at the weed processer. They had stolen our truck and we ended up tracking them down, killing one of the members and ending with only one of the 3 of us getting away in the truck.

Why should we unban you ?
As mentioned, it has been about 3 months since my friend and I last logged into the server, and we were hoping you would give us a second chance, as we really enjoyed playing on the server. Hope you'll take it into consideration.

In the video theres a long gap where reinitation needed to be done again. However the reporter came around the corner with a gun on his back not out, and was mowed down. I didn't hear any engagement in his video when the HEMMITs were shot at, and the person who made the report was gunned down with no initation that I could see or hear.

Yes I am aware of the events as it happened in the video. The guy was mowed down by my friend, because it was dark and it wasn't clear to see if he had a gun out or not. We know we had to reinitiate, but as mentioned, what we're looking for here is a second chance. We didn't mean to randomly kill those people. We hope that you'll consider letting us back on the server, because we had a lot of fun playing on there. There will be no RDM this time.
