In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because me and my party had a heated argument with the Communist Party of Altis. After this heated argument I decided to play the german marching song 'Erika' "through my phone". Now the reason i did this is because we thought we could provoke them back. Because people in game would assume that an old german song combined with "The Facist Party of Altis" would be fitting. Another reason for playing music is that we tried to counter the Communist party playing their own music a few moments earlier.
To that statement I have evidence:

In the most tense moments both sides were rude to eachother. All was meant as roleplay and I am sure that both sides understood that.
Why should we unban you ?
Our ingame political party is simply a polar opposite of the Communist one. I created it simply to make a more tense political enviorment (in game). We exchanged some gunfights, argued against eachother and the usual kindergarten politics. At no point did we seriously consider ourselves fascists, the most fascist of members we had played Nazi Germany in the game Hearts of Iron IV (because they're a good nation to win as in said game).
As a matter of fact (and this is important) were going to disband our political party. Mainly because some members get harrased too much because of it. Mainly noobs who joined us did not know that we were in a "war". Me and my party are normal players. We just want to play the game. Our gang have different political views, but none have extreme views as far as I know. However, we have none that obviously express hatred in any way in game.
Erika as a song is not in any way bad. It is a marching song about the flower "Erika" and a love relationship. Erika is in no way racist, phobic nor associated with any ideology (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erika_(song)). I have learnt my lesson, in part from my friends who have been on the server longer. I was about to speak to the admin before he banned me. I did not get the chance to express myself self. The reason I didn't talk is because the music combined with heated words made family members enter the room I was in and ask questions. Just a moment after they left I tried to speak, but before any conversation could be established I was banned.
I do understand that I clearly violated the rules and accept the consequenses. The rulebreak was: 2.7 about trolling, specifically playing music in direct chat. That is the only rule i can say with confidence that i broke.
SIDENOTE: If you study the evidence provided in the reason, you will probably find more players disrespecting the rules.
