Killing unarmed negotiator

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was robbing the bank with my good friend the unarmed negotiator ran to us I told him multiple times to stay back but I shot him I was unaware this was against rules.

Why should we unban you ?
This was my first community I ever played on and I had a great time plenty of fun my fist RP server and I never really read the rules not once I did this might sound like a lie because of my last ban but I never read the rules and I guess I learned the hard way and got a ban to my name witch I'm not proud of at all not one bit ever time my friends ask me yo Jake fam come on Altis.UK I never can because I'm banned also im sorry for the rule that I broke but since that I have been a member on very serious RP community's and I know the rules and I know what not to do I'm sorry for what I did.

No I did not that was a while ago I did not read the rules once but I learnt the hard way every server I join I make sure to read the rules but now I can say I 100% understand the rules. 

 
(7.2.3) The Police will always send in a unarmed negotiator in a marked police car who will drive up to the entrance and make himself known. This is part of the treasury robbery process. You can either start roleplay with the negotiator, or decline negotiations by asking him to leave. You cannot kill him - he must leave, and if killed it is bannable. You also may not kidnap the negotiator.

 
Plus after all the time I have been banned for so long I feel like Im ready to be unbanned I fell like I have a much better understanding of the rules in arma community's
