In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Before I start I want to make an apology. To Wilco, the rest of the management team and also others that may of been affected by what led to my ban. I am sorry our "community" caused so much problems and shit towards RPUK. I never intended to cause any harm and I am truly disgusted by what some members of the staff team said and did towards RPUK.

As you can see this account was made a while ago but it was not to cause drama or start anything. It was only really to keep up with what friends were doing in the community and have a look at the odd unban appeal now and again.

I was banned for being a head admin of another community which stole a lot of content from RPUK, advertised to RPUK members and also made disgusting remarks to the community in general and also its management team. My role was initially a moderator but I was later promoted to a head admin and developer. I obtained these roles by basically just giving the management team my support and also making one of the small towns on the map. I was excited for a chance to be a part of a new community. I was later also made CC of police. This only happened because no one else wanted to do it and CallumM, one of the founders, dropped it on my plate with the promise of his help to make the documents and set up the command.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be given a second chance. I know it's not something given lightly and I will hold nothing against RPUK or its staff team for the outcome of this appeal. I’ll start with some of the comments said towards RPUK and the staff team. I honestly had no idea this was going on, multiple people, including our own founders were sending messages to various members saying offensive and disgusting things. I found out about this through a third party and confronted the people sending the messages. When it came to light that it was our own management team I was horrified. From the start I had always stated that we should not cause drama in other communities and leave them to do their own thing, and we continue with our own thing. After confronting them and talking about it they didn't seem to care what the repercussions were going to be and basically told me they didn’t care what happened.

It was around this time I also found out that the documents were also stolen. After a few people had said they had contacted RPUK to find out the exact reason they were banned, it came to light that the documents had been stolen. Now, as CC of police for a short time I was involved with the creation of the documents. Originally I had created a couple documents with just a brief layout with titles and what to include in each section. I then showed management I told them my plan and was going to get on with them over the coming weeks. The next day I got a message from CallumM with all the documents completed. From what I was told he had spent some time making the handbook for me as they wanted to release the server early. Because I was stupid and naive I didn’t question it and trusted that CallumM had made the documents himself and had not stolen them. After finding out they were stolen it was the final straw for me, I made my leaving message on the forums (I will attach this) and said I was leaving the community to the management team. I then proceeded to leave the steam group and remove CallumM from steam as he, I feel, caused the most issues and drama within our “community”.



Moving on to advertising to RPUK members and trying to get them to play in our “community” instead. Like many of the staff team I admit, I invited basically everyone I had played Arma 3 with to our steam group. This mostly included people from Ascension but also included others. At the time I felt like that was not advertising and only inviting my friends to check out a new server. Looking back with hindsight I understand that this is advertising as I am trying to get people interested in a new community and try and draw them away from RPUK. I am sorry for this and hope you can forgive my stupidity.

Finally the copy and pasting of Rules and stealing group Icons. I had no input what so ever in the creation of rules or icons. I don’t know who created the rules, they appeared one day, again me being naive and stupid I didn’t question it and went with it. The group Icons were claimed to be created by Apex but I have no Idea if they were stolen or not. I will take this opportunity to say sorry on behalf of who ever stole the rules and icons as I’m sure they haven’t done it themselves.

Before this ban I feel like I’ve kept quite a clean record on RPUK. I’ve always tried to steer clear of drama and also tried my very best to uphold the rules. I have only ever been reported once before with that report being denied. I enjoyed my time playing here and hopefully, if you allow it, I can return here and play with old friends.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for what happened and even if I don’t get unbanned I hope you can also view this as an apology as well as an unban.

I know a crock of shit when i see one, I can see straight through your appeal... you knew what was going on we was not stupid we could see with our own eyes all the silly status updates etc.

Even if you throw your pathetic visionless friends under the bus.. Why do you think we would want to allow people from a racist gang who does a "snake test" with new members back on Roleplay UK ?

Hey Wilco, 

In regard to the ‘racist gang’ the gang was never racist, only a few members of which once came alight was instantly brought to the attention of the admin team. In fact I was one of the members who got sent the video from a member who recorded it and advised that person to bring it forward (if he had not, I would have done it myself but I wanted him to have the chance of doing the right thing). When we recruited within the gang we never made anyone do the snake test.  I know this as I was present at many of the interviews. You can ask any member this and they will say that; the only person who did it of which was of their own free will and literally said 'i'll do the snake test' and before we could say anything starting saying these vile things which was McCree.  Apparently in cops he said he had to do it when on patrol with certain units and assumed we did this.  Of which we disagreed with so reported it. I have a zero tolerance when it comes to racism and keep myself away from it.

Do you think your friend Apex is helping your appeal ? That white boy comment is a little borderline isn't it ? but we wont hold that against the little child.

Why is it that every community (cant really call 50 players a community) that copies our stuff, or has people leaving in a huff you end up on, I do wonder if you even want to be unbanned tbh or you just want to be because friends are here ?

Not really sure I should be wasting time on your appeal tbh, Just get the feeling it wont be worth the time spent on it.

[SIZE=10.5pt]I absolutely want to be unbanned and it’s not just because I have friends here.  A have a couple of friends that play different communities but none of which are quite like RPUK for various reasons.  When I played here I had a blast, from roleplaying around Kavala to the gunfights with cops and other rebels.  I had a great time and [/SIZE]I've[SIZE=10.5pt] struggled to find that experience again.  The only reason I am usually present on other communities is because I see friends join the steam groups.  So I go sign up to the website to go see what they have, the different gangs whose staff etc.  I’m sorry if you get the feeling that spending time on my appeal is a waste of time but I genuinely want to play here again and have that roleplay experience you can’t find anywhere else.[/SIZE]

Finally I don't know what Apex is doing.  Looks to me he's just trying to get some attention and is using my unban as a means to do so.

At the time of making the server I was pretty good mates with Apex.  He was one of the first people I played with and over the course of a few months we became good friends.  That screenshot is me being a bit annoyed to be frank.  A few of us were 1.6ed and at the time and I felt it was unjust.  I see now see how you were just protecting your server and I actually respect it.  You are good at what you do and  care about RPUK.  I posted that status out of annoyance and do regret it, as you said I wanted a bit of attention.  That is not normally me and I hope I can show you that.   

Like I said earlier in my appeal in my appeal,  I was only made head admin because I was supportive.  The entire thing was a massive friendship group so getting a position of power wasn’t difficult.  I provided little to no development to the server and only got my position from being friends with Apex.

I’m sorry that I have been branded as a “Ruleplayer” and attention seeker.  Ask anyone who has played with me or been in gangs with me.  I’m just here to have a bit of fun and relax.  I’ve never posted a player report and I never jumped to the rules to help me win a situation.  I’m not out to cause any issues and I am truly sorry if I have given that impression from time to time.

Without coming across big headed.

Yes we know we are good at what we do but this just doesn't stem from this experience we have all had great success and been part of big projects in real life... So you can certainly say we have 100x the experience of a bunch of angry banned teenagers trying to put something together, and when there is people going around copying things and inviting our members to check out there server over steam or invites to there steam group (yes we received multiple screenshots and reports from members about this) you can be certain that the entire staff team of that server will be banned like you experienced.

Its not unjust, and its not unfair... what is unfair is the abuse we then have to put up with from your fellow admins and members, and for what your actions not ours!

Gaining power and positions because your supportive or a friend is a massive failure, this is where most people go wrong! No one from our management team knew each other, none of us was friends beforehand and the same approach is adopted when our staff team is appointed.

However I have decided to give you one final chance, but you need to change the way you play... put the gun down and roleplay.. if you do have a gun then don't do minimalist roleplay just to start a gunfight (the reputation of and the bad taste accession left)

There will also be no reforming or creating new gangs from you or Ghostkiller, if you want to be in a gang then i suggest you seek an existing one to join.

Personally I feel i am making a mistake, so prove me wrong
