Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Brat
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was banned because i scroll-wheeled on a person who i had reason to believe was VDMing just as i catch him doing so.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: you should give me a final chance because the video evidence i provided got a VDMer banned for breaking rules i did not have to upload this to help someone in the community out. but i did anyway showing my loyalty to altis life. Also i had reason to believe the person was breaking rules before i scrollwheeled on him and did not use the intellegence i gathered from doing so to affect the game. you should give me a final chance because i have re-read the rules and almost know them off by heart and i simply love roleplaying on your servers as i am a STU. hoping to be an FA. on sunday.
