i was banned because in a video i had posted on youtube to get another user banned for VDMing i used scrollwheel to identify his name just before he crashed.
Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because i was banned sometime last year and have significantly matured since the incident happened i have played many more roleplaying servers and on difeferent games than arma 3. In the video it is clear that i use the tilde key just before the vdm happens but what wasnt shown in the video is where i had already seen him driving into other vehicles and when he crashed if i hadnt used the tilde key i could have used the sidechat as evidence for a ban. I realise now that the admins didnt see i had seen him attempt to vdm before and so i did deserve the ban in that video however if they had seen all the events i didnt really deserve the ban. As the rule that i broke at the time which no longer exists states Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules. i did identify someone who broke the rules and they did in fact get banned for it. Also now as i understand the rules dont include using the tilde key but using nametags instead. in summary you should unban me because i have matured, i had a reason to use the tilde key eventhough i did not know he was going to crash, He got banned for the footage i captured, The rule no longer exists in the format of using tilde key and if i see VDMing in the future i will use the appropriate ways stated by the rules to report the person.
