*(I am submitting this on Jack1's behalf, as he is not recieving the activation email)*
I believe i was banned because of a misunderstanding in the footage given and inconclusive evidence.

Why should we unban you.
I think we should be unbanned because the footage given was very inconclusive, in the footage they were seen driving in and instantly being shot at with no time to react. To us on our screens we gave them a lot of time to stop and even attempted to comunicate near the gates. I believe that they didnt hear us due to arma being glitchy and their volume of TS as you can hear and a mentor pointed out. I was also informed that they used metagaming and used our names several times without contacting us or requesting. We offerd compensation in TS and they said it would be considered but i personly didnt hear back from them.

Always check the player notes on the stats page, I tend to put the info there! From what I understand everything was brought to TS where a Mentor was involved, and the reporters were not happy with how it went down, so they took it to the forum.

In that video, I don't hear a word being said, and even if something was said.. how long do they have to comply? 2 seconds? Best case scenario it's crap roleplay, and worst case it is RDM. Both deserves a ban.

This looks really bad. If the person submitting this appeal has any evidence of them trying to communicate I would like to see. For me this is just downright camping a trader and shooting someone as soon as they drive in. Unless better explanation is given, appeal will be denied. I don't like half bullshit stories about ''we tried to talk'' when the evidence clearly shows some bloodthirsty RDM..
