I'm a new, fresh player. Probably regular as I know you guys like your regulars

I accidentally VDMed. I shot the POLICE car with one bullet, I didn't actually hit it and as I surrendered.

Nope, I should of to be honest, I've never really played with a community so serious and strict before, so it's rather foreign to me.

Obviously I both RDMED/VDMED So I shot a police car for no reason, my defense is there is none as I don't really know why I did it. Probably out of rage, however I caused that by VDMING into the police car, so my own fault really. Guess I was being a bit of an attention seeker to be honest.

You want me to explain the VDM that occurred or the actual rule? Please make it more clear. That being said. 

I did jump infront of it and cause chaos and crash into it also (chasing it) as I said, attention seeking. I dislike the condecending way you type, it's very distasteful.
