In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
On 15 SEPT 2016 around 0100 hrs members of my gang and I were attempting a prison breakout. At this same time while having the alarm active a police vehicle containing two officers arrived on scene. A member of my gang "This is not fluxah" immediately engaged with the police killing one of the officers. The second officer retreated from the scene and proceeded to engage with myself and "This is not fluxah". At this time I engaged with the remaining officer assuming we were in a firefight and I eliminated him. A large gunfight started with other officers, myself and the remaining members of my gang. In the rules index minimum role play activity or rules of engagement are not specified so "This is not fluxah" assumed after activating the breakout animation similar to setting off the blasting charge at HM it was weapons free.
In summation we attempted a break out, "This is not fluxah" eliminated the first officer on scene which was wrong. A gunfight with police started immediately after at which time I eliminated an officer that was active within the gunfight. An admin appeared shortly after and banned myself and "This is not fluxah"
Why should we unban you ?
I have been a part of this community for a few months and have read the rules multiple times. My gang member engaged with the police on a false assumption that after the jail break was started it was weapons free. I then eliminated an officer within the gunfight that followed. In review of my actions and after speaking with support member F A D E I understand that what I did could be classed as RDM because the initial interaction was a legitimate RDM. If I had to do it all over again after my gang member RDM'd the first officer I would not engage with the police and just put my hands on top of my head. I now know that if there are no rules for special places like the prison within the rules index it should always be a role play situation even though I was not the first to engage. I enjoy the adult community and the role play that this server contains and before this event I always role play to the best of my abilities. I have never had an incident of "rule breaking" before and would appreciate a second chance to engage in fruitful role play within your adult community. I was banned for violating rule 2.2 Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) If unbanned I will not break this rule or any others.
