In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I had a call from one of my swuads saying they were being attacked so i came along and told a guy to put his hands up he failed to do so within 3 seconds (i didnt count outloud). So i shot him, i have been researching and i should really give them 5 seconds so there is time for him to raise has hands.

Why should we unban you ?
I am a leader of a developing squad. And i am a really enthusiastic player who loves to help the community of altis. That is why i created my group ALTIS PRIVATE SECURITY GROUP , So we can help officers, medics, and civilians in tough times. I know i done wrong in the situation last week but i have read over the rules thoroughly.

Simply telling someone "hands up" and then shooting them because they don't immediately comply is lazy roleplay. If you were actually looking to do good and create a roleplay situation, I would expect you to make much more effort to have a quality situation before resorting to shooting someone.

It isn't just about the arbitrary amount of time that you wait before shooting but as you say, longer time to comply is better. Can you explain the RDM rule in your own words as I'm not massively confident at the moment that you understand it very well.

RDM (random death match) is when a member of altis kill another memeber with out any deliberate reason or initiation. and i know i have done wrong but im very sorry about that;(

If the same situation was to happen again, what could you differently to improve your roleplay?

If the same situation was to happen again, i would speak to the victim and ask what was he doing around the area of combat which my group was in and if he says killing the or something on the lines of that i would ask him to place his hands on his head and arrest him until the situation is over so we dont get more casualties in either gang. If he denies to put his hands up after multiple polite requests i will shoot him then restrain him and call a medic and take him hostage and ask why he refused to put his hands up.
