In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got bored of playing arma so because of it I gave my brother the account to play arma 3 because he got banned from the server. But I didn't know that he is going to use the same forums and the same name that he used for his account when he was banned. So he used the same same name and same forum that he had to report a guy because at that time I didn't created my forum because I didn't needed it at the moment.

Why should we unban you ?
I should get unbanned because it's not my fault that my brother got banned from this server on other account and I now started to play arma again and I really want to play on the server with my friends and i'm never going to let him play on the server anymore with my account. I promise that i'm only going to use my account.

So you got bored of playing while having an appeal up and not to mention making several bump appeals likely in an attempt to get unbanned faster and we're then supposed to believe you got bored and gave your alt account to your brother whilst appealing your ban? Is that why you used your original forum account to put up a player report from an incident that happened on your alt account whilst you were appealing your original ban?

You must think we're stupid surely? 

Denied, as mentioned on your previous appeal you can reappeal in 6 months through a permanent ban appeal form and make sure to tell the truth when that time comes or you're going to be in for double the wait.
