In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
My friend Caolan and I were selling drugs in kavala and a gang began to rob us, I hastily ran to my truck and escaped while my friend Caolan was killed. I recognised the man who killed me and continued to look for him (Unaware of the 3 minute RP rule) I fired at his helicopter as he took off, I continued to watch the Heli as it landed in the car shop so I began to make my way over to kill him, When I finally made it over I saw a sport Hatchback driving from the near the car shop, I immediately (And wrongfully) opened fire on it and killed Yves, Unaware of what I was doing was breaking RP. I had many reason to believe it was him but I hadn’t re initiated RP after the 7 mins or so therefore my kill was RDM and thus deemed bannable. I originally planned on going to bed at 1:30 pm but by the time I left the Arma server It was 2 pm and thus I was in a rush in TeamSpeak, So I may have come across as rude and hastily but to be honest that is the way I normally am and I don’t believe my attitude should come into account (I did say nothing wrong and tried to comply to the best of my ability but as 2:20 I had to go, Which I’ll admit was very rude). Due to the fact we could not talk on TeamSpeak we took it to the forums and I was banned
Why should we unban you.
I has been awhile since I had played Arma, Roughly 4-6 months. Prior to my break I was a massively active member of the community and am very excited to get involved once again! I was involved in Activities such as the X-Factor, The fish market protests and many other things. I also love to help out the server through donation ETC (I have been back only one day and have already donated). But the real reason I feel I should be unbanned is because I am completely aware of what I have done wrong including not engaging in RP in that situation and applying the 3 minute rule to my gameplay. And I may have also been too tired to play and my judgement may have been impaired (I was awake for around 30 hours). It was my mistake to not re-read through the updated rules after I had been gone so long. I really am excited to get playing full time again and I do not want my reputation to the admins or the players effected tarnished by one small mistake. Thank you for reading and I hope this won't affect my future encounters with both Yves, AA gang members, all other people effected and BratJaggesVlnd. To all of them I send my greatest apologies. Thank you for reading and taking my unban into account!
