In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for supposed RDM. It all comes down to a misunderstanding. My team mate [Gc] Sparkles came to me in kavala and asked if i had a gun. I told him I had one and went with him to where another one of my team mates was being robbed. I took position at a window but by this time they were out of view. I ran round the corner to hear shots and see a man dead on the floor and a money pile. I went to the money pile and tried to pick it up, at this point I heard "Put the gun down now or be shot", I looked up to my left and saw a man with a rifle. Believing i was being robbed I opened fire and killed him. Shortly after I was banned for RDM. After discussing it with my gang mate [Gc] Muhammed I discovered that this was a misunderstanding and it was him robbing the guy I killed. So while this was technically RDM, it was NOT on purpose or intended.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: This was a misunderstanding. It won't happen again because I'll make sure that I'll check it's me being robbed and not someone else. This was a rookie mistake. I've been here for months and just came back from a 1 month break due to work. I don't want to be banned.

If you cannot differentiate between the voices of your own gang members that you play with regularly then i believe you have quite an issue. I would also like to point out that IF indeed it was actually you being robbed that in terms of valuing your life, why would you proceed to do a high speed 180 spin and begin shooting like rambo, quite frankly that is poor RP. If you genuinely felt threatened then the actions you performed are frankly a failure of RP.

I would also like to point you to this image just here; http://i.imgur.com/zALLuxm.png, whilst on admin duties we are VERY busy and we do not have time to personally respond to each and every player that gets banned, regardless of how long you have been a member of this community to which you don't seem to understand and was frequently messaging me anyway. 

Finally i do not appreciate having your gang members also contact me on TS to try and fight your corner and then get rude with me when i tell them i am not able to be your personal un-ban servant. http://i.imgur.com/kFGPLAo.png

To wrap up, no one, no matter how long they have been a member of this community gets priorities over another when it comes to un-bans.

I totally understand everything you've said and I have no argument. As for knowing the voices of my gang, I'm quite new to the gang. And I haven't played with Muhammad at all really until then. But like I said from now on I'll be sure to double check if I'm given a second chance on the server.

I did not ask my gang members to message you, they did it on their own accord. And as for me messaging you, I'm sorry, I didn't realise I wasn't allowed to do so until you pointed out the section that tells me I can't.I apologise on the behalf of the members of my gang who messaged you though. And when I mentioned how long I've been here I didn't say it because I thought you'd be lenient, I said to kind of show how much I have to lose and why i'd NEVER commit RDM on purpose. I have way too much time and effort invested to this sever to get banned for breaking a rule stupidly. This was all a misunderstanding in the in-game RP. It was my own fault for getting confused (thinking I was being robbed and not knowing my gang were robbing the guy). 

But it for the record I'd only played with Muhammad (the guy robbing the guy I killed) for like 5 minutes before this situation arose.

Once again thank you for taking the time to read this and I can only hope I'll be unbanned.
