So I have been on the server the 24th and as my ban reason says , I tried to login the next day and saw that I have been banned for sending a message through the phone to the police.

Why should we unban you ?
I don't judge the staff team their way of working but I personally and my friends who were there the day I got banned with me can't recall any of that. Beside that I didn't know how to use a phone since I'm still new to the ALUK server. I have to admit that I sometimes have a hard time with rollplaying since my native language is Dutch, but I won't offend any person on the server, nor outside the server. I hope that you could go over this again. And if possible, I would appreciate a command log or something that I sent that message to the police so I can see what exactly I did wrong.

You said "Police are Gay" over 999 in-game phone message. You also were breaking RP

Why should we unban you if you're gonna just insult police with the in-game messaging system by calling them "Gay"

I do know that alot of people say that they haven't executed their actions, but I didn't even know how to send messages through the in-game messaging system and I know for sure that I didn't did anything like that. The fact that I'm so willing to get an unban now is because I like playing on the server and I won't mess it up with something like the reason I'm banned. I hope you could reconsider my ban and if you think my ban is still reasonable, I would really appreciate a server log with my message.

@IllegalImpactThis means the police request function in the phone, and I would not have issued a ban if it was not you...

Another question is, had you even read the server rules before connecting?

Would I make a ban appeal if I wasn't 100% sure I haven't do such thing? It's the same as you say about me except that you are more trusted then me what I do understand.
And yes I did read the rules because my friends told me to, so breaking roleplay is pretty hard for me since I always ask them if I don't know anything for sure. But I am asking kindly , could I see a log that I did this, since this will go on until I maybe get unbanned in a year or so why can't I get a possibility to join the server again? I'm willing to go through this process because I want to get back on the server, not because I would want to offend people for their personal preferences.

I don't appreciate this cheeky comment, and this is not the way to get unbanned.
Why should we unban you if you're gonna make a cheeky comment like that.

 
Am I supposed to say sorry for something I haven't done then? That's what I'm telling you that I don't get.. I'm not even to try to be brutal but it might be so in my way of commenting just because my language. But what am I supposed to do then to make a chance to get unbanned?                                                                                      I just hope I'll get my second chance to prove myself.

 
You claim it didn't happen, arrogantbread who is a trusted staff member of this community says it did. Also I don't appreciate the fact that you are claiming it will take a year for you to get unbanned, when we are volunteers trying to figure this out who have real lives and do this for the better of the community.

Silly question:

Any friends, family, have access to your computer and maybe messed around on ArmA without you knowing?

You were banned for: Swearing out of roleplay

This is an adult community, and we do not swear out of roleplay using side/direct/text communication. Although you claim you have not done this, you were still banned. I will action this unban today and it will count.

Here at RPUK we take the rules and roleplay very seriously. Please read over the rules before you play again, because if you reoffend within a 3 month period from this date you find yourself subject to a permanent ban without appeal.
