In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Someone reported me because i was firing a PDW tazer as a bounty hunter from the green zone. BratJaggesVlnd says to me it's fine to shoot a tazer in a green zone. But banned me for RDM. (Killing or shooting someone without role playing counts as Random Death Match)

Why should we unban you.
I saw the guy robbing a petrol station. So i went to go after him. He stopped at the greenzone. And i said to him to step out of his vehicle wich he did. First i asked for his name ofcourse but then he went into his car. I said sir don't get in your vehicle, warning him. He drove away and then i opened fire. I missed and he got away. And then i saw the report topic. But i think it's not RDM. If the police ask my name and i run or drive of, they will shoot me aswell. So why am i banned? Is this not allowed as a bounty hunter? Either way. I know what i've done wrong and won't do this next time. I've been playing on this server for 8 months now. I really love this server...

If they police ask your name and nothing more, and then starts shooting you, that is RDM aswell. I don't feel comfortable letting you back on the server until you've understood that you need to initiate properly on someone. Just asking their name does not give you the right to shoot at them. At the very, very least say "stop your car" or something. @ihaspie11

Well it answers my question. But i didn't know that would count as rdm. Since it happened to me many times before. But now i understand. I hope you understand me that i didn't know. I have learned my lesson. And it will never happen again. And i will ask more questions to the mentors before taking actions myself.

EDIT: Here is the thing that i will do next time if i was in the same situation: If i was alone i would leave him be. And look for other wanted criminals. If my gang was online i would ask them to chase him down.
