In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because of RDM, the thing when I was running and chasing a men with a gun and shooted him. I was just making a mistake. I knew that RDM is not good in this server.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it's the only UK/EU Altis Life server and it's best, like if people getting banned on this server, it's just the end to the game, like it feels then that you just wasted all the money on the game, because other popular servers only on other languages... I just made a mistake, server makes everytime that it setting communication to : Group communication (The green one) and I was chasing a men and started to shout: Hands up, but he didn't listened and I started to shoot, and I was shouting, but I make mistake that no one was hearing, because It was not on Direct communication, but in group communication... It was my mistake and I'm really sorry about that.

Speaking in direct communication is kind of a fundamental in this game. How can you be sure not to make the same mistake again?

I'm not pretty sure how to make sure to not do that same mistake, maybe it is some functions to make default communication? Or I just need to be more attentive.

To check everytime, before doing something the communication.

Nail on the head. It all comes down to being attentive. 

Unfortunately keeping an eye on the game and which channel you're using is a skill that comes with time. Normally it doesn't cause any problems, and people just think you're quiet, however, if you know you are likely to be killing someone it is your responsibility to ensure you are using direct chat. Failure to do so again could result in a more permanent ban.

I hope this appeal will help jog your memory in future and make you check your channels before engaging in RP/combat.
