In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: RDM against a police officer when my gang friend told him to let him go but him and his 3 other PC's decided to just take me out after I assasinated the one trying to put my handcuffed friend into their police car

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was a lone wolf back in them days, Now I have structure and roll with my gang members more rather than run single
