In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned for RDM which was a total misunderstanding by the admin.

Why should we unban you.
I should be un banned because I was wrongly banned my friend was being held up who was then initiated on by my friend he then continued to rob my friend so I started to shoot at him he ran from the front to the back of the vehicle i was still shooting him at this point i then seen his friend Riviox peak around the building directly in front of my fire which resulted in him dying, seconds after he died i was RDM'd from the building i was next to by a guy that was afk. I understand i was asked to come into TS but i was under the assumption that i did nothing wrong. So i explained in side chat that they initiated on my friend so i shot them so there was no need to go in TS and then i was banned. Yet the guy that RDM'd me never got banned?
Riviox who is also going to comment on this appeal to vouch that it was a total misunderstanding by Drew. Hopefully Drew is able to be contacted so he can understand the situation. Thank for taking the time to view.

I do vouch for PeeMoney (IArranx) it was a misunderstanding because when we sorted it out in team speak we heard different storys and it all went from there

Yes sure can.

I seen the situation when a guy called "Scottish Guy" or something like that crashed into the LCN Gang. They got out and asked "what was that" and proceeded to tell him to place his hands on his head. Moments later [TCK] Pee Money open fired upon them without initiation resulting in their death. I witnessed this and waited to see if the people would discuss it together until I seen  [TCK] Pee Money deny their request so I actioned the ban. I spoke with [TCK] Pee Money after the incident and explained why I issued the ban.

The only thing said by the guy being held up was real quick stating "advise you not too" Just because your friend is being robbed does not mean to open fire.

This isn't an initiation to shoot upon them, no immediate threat was made until he was shot. 

I now see you resolved in the end which I am happy about but this wouldn't of been actioned if you didn't deny their request to speak after the incident in the first place.

Did the person being held up give any sort of warning such as "I have a sniper about to shoot you, let me go." or anything else warning them of your presence?

Nah buddy this is were the confusion is, i seen the the 2 cars crash then them jump out with guns and tell my friend to put his hands up so i wait a little and my friend tells them i advise you not to do that they still tell him to put his hands up so then i started to shoot as i just saw the guys holding my friend up and hiding behind the building. I was fair in side chat i wasn't like some people i just said you guys held my friend up he advised you not to do it you guys went ahead so i shot so there is no need to join TS. Then i was banned.

If anything it was a bit of bad RP from my friends side for not stating that he had shooters or what not, which we have now sorted after a long chat in TS.

I just don't get that Drew said he was watching the whole thing i don't get how i can get banned for RDM, yet a guy that was afk for several minutes ( Hence why we left him ) in a single story broken building 2 meters from me straight up shot me without a word, and he never got banned how comes this was not seen :/ My friend was getting held up i thought i had ever right to shoot these guys so i do and i get banned, yet a guy that's been afk someone who's not involved jumps up and shoots me 2 meters from were i shot Riviox and it wasn't seen :/

Unbanned - Will count as a violation.

The bottomline it's a roleplay server, not a shoot guns at each other server. Sounds like a valid ban to me, and Drew was doing his job. As far as the AFK person, I'm not sure if Drew saw the violation, but if he did, I'm sure he would have taken action as well.

The roleplay started, but while roleplaying with each other, one party needs to at least give a fair warning about a sniper in the hills or nearby. This opens up potential hostage/kidnapping, mexican stand off roleplay, etc... If the other party had shot your friend first, they would have been banned for not giving the other party time to comply obviously.

Even though it was "sorted" between players before or after the fact, if an in-game moderator/admin still sees a violation, they can take action at their discretion.
