In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
When my friends and I were attempting to rob two people we said "Hands up or die". And now I know that this is fail RP/RDM and no excuse to shoot someone and very poor RP. Honestly the whole situation escalated, I saw the two people getting guns out and panicked. I know the exact rule that I broke and understand how to now act under it (7.1.3). And have studied all the other rules thoroughly as well, in order to not break the rules again and become a better member of this community.

Why should we unban you ?
I am very sorry to the people I have effected and would have liked to resolve this, but at least now I am more knowledgeable on the rules of this server. I have carefully read the rules and have learnt from my mistake as soon as the report was made on me, and I will make sure to never repeat my mistake again. I honestly really do enjoy playing on this server and would love to be a part of its community again.

Why did you thought hands up or die is good rp? 
And why was a ban needed before you realize this is wrong? 
It clearly says before you click the continue button to read the rules. 

 
I knew my mistake as soon as the video was sent to me and I was told to tell the person what I did wrong. I wasn't aware on the amount of communication needed if you want to properly initiate on someone.

 
Read this, It will help you understand what is needed before you can shoot. 
After that tell me what you will do different if you get in the same situation again. 
Remember the more detail the better

 
I would say "Hello sir hows your day today, listen man I have men in the area who have a clear view on your head, calm down sir, you wont be harmed as long as you don't try anything stupid. So could you put your hands above your head." If then he starts to run I will shout "please stop running or you will be shot!" And give him 10 seconds to surrender, if he fails to the he will be shot.

 
So having read Matt's post in high quality roleplay, you think that saying a few more words and then counting down and shooting would constitute high quality roleplay?

 
Roleplay is something creative. we cant give you a blank answer what is good roleplay. 
It says in the post you need to make a creative story. Or this something that is hard for you? 

 
I told you how I would rob a person. I don't understand what you want me to say. Am I supposed to take my victim for a cup of tea first then rob him? I think that in real life a bandit would want to get in and out of that situation as quickly as possible, and would not want to form a friendship with his victim.

 
The story you provided is far from what we would consider high quality roleplay.

You also totally ignored the fact you have the ability to let someone go rather than shooting, or you can knock someone out (which would still require high quality roleplay) or even give chase if they flee.

Every roleplay story doesn't have to be about being a bandit or robbing someone.

As it stands, we are not currently convinced you understand why it is required and what consitutes high quality roleplay is. 

 
So give me a scenario on what you want the story to be about. I know what high quality rp is but I don't understand what you are asking me. Do you want me to give you a scenario or what?

We aren't going to spoon feed you a scenario (as all scenarios are different), make up something in your head and supply it, you need to have a good imagination to roleplay, so I'm sure there's something you can think of.

 
Yes I am asking what do you want to hear. Just the regular meeting of two people or me killing someone?

 
Give us an example, make a scenario up. As we have said, we are not here to spoon feed you, you need to show us that you can provide high quality roleplay.

 
OK.

I am processing frog legs into LSD when an all black SUV pulls up. A suited man gets out the car and starts slowly approaching me, I see he is holding an AK-74U. He aims his gun and shouts "Throw your keys on the floor and put your hands above your head!". I comply with him as I have no chance against an AK, I throw the keys and put my hands up. "Don't shoot man, take anything you want but please don't shoot" He then gets into the truck and drives off, leaving his car. I then quickly take out my phone and call the police and wait for them to show up. When they show the police the robbers number plate and tell them everything that happened in detail and ask them for a lift to the nearest town, and thank them for everything.

 
Do you understand we are a serious roleplay community? 
Also what have you learned from this situation?
