Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): brat
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Rdm the guy clearly says we RDM'ed him and tries to say he asked us to come on ts not once did he even say so, i asked him when he was revived in the direct communications channel if he wanted any comp as we accepted that we shouted to put his hands up but it was in group channel as the server only just restarted and we thought it was in direct communication.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: We shouted in group channel by mistake as the server only just restarted and had forgotten that we were not in direct communications, as we saw him pull out his assault rifle we panicked and took shots to protect ourselves, in my eyes he knew what was happening when 3 guys came over with guns, however we accept responsibility as we were in group chat by mistake, we also tried to contact him through direct communication and at no point did he ask us to go on ts to help with the situation, we are law abiding guys just trying to have some fun and we are sorry for this event which took place.
