I think I was banned because I was unintentionally "Harbouring a banned member".

Why should we unban you.
I have been a member of this community for just over a year now and this is the first time I have been banned. I believe this ban was unfair as I did not know that the member was banned or had been previously banned from the server. I hope that you can give me and the others affected from this ban a second chance to be part of this community. Thank you.

Mr Howl, Thank-you for you for posting this unban appeal so we can get to the bottom of this incident without misunderstanding.

For just over a week, Mr Dzul has been joining TS using a VPN, and a different name of "Wadim", VPN's do stick out, especially when they use russian IP's.......

Are you saying you don't know whom DZul is? or the fact he said to you all that he was "community banned" and is now called "Wadim". I find this hard to believe as @Howl @BlackJack and @Kaliber all shared channel admin with him.... someone who's only connected 10 times to teamspeak already getting channel admin in Blackjacks VIP room......

@TI Zeiger if this server is such a mess, then why are you here?

I think you need a good long look over the english language is to be "picked on" as obviously you have no idea to its definition. We've always acted on a "ban first question later" deal, it stops more issues in their tracks than you think.... and also posting on someone's unban appeal that the server is a mess instead of pointing out the issues to us, serves as much good as as spreading sugar water on the wall to keep the bees away from the dinner table......

I find your attitude extremely distasteful in itself, with no respect to "due process". you should've been here long enough to see the innocent are let go scar free without a mark on their record. maybe you should ask @TI Ben how much attention we give to those banned for indirect reasons.

Thank you for posting a reply Neo and I understand where you are coming from.

I do know who Dzul is but I was not informed he was banned at all. He did not tell us he was banned and there was no information available from which I could know he was indeed banned. Some might say you could use the stats page to check if someone was banned but I really don't think people would do that to find out if their friend was banned if they didn't speak for a while. At the end of the day, I understand why you issued a punishment and even though I don't agree with the way it was carried out, I guess it had to be done to get a message across.

Seems your "friend" dropped you in it... but I still find this hard to believe.
