In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for killing Vladic Ka , when he was initiated. We had someone who was restrained 50 meters away and he said unrestrained us all or your all going to be shot. They didn't after a long period of time so i killed him. His TS sound was muted , and he was unaware of the imitation. Him and his officers did not comply with the imitation and he was trying to remove Silker for his gun so he was shot. I am not going to metagame TS and check if all of the officers are unmuted so they are fully aware of the initiation , as that would be a clear rule break.
Why should we unban you ?
So basically i have been in the community since May the 6th 2015. I have been a member of this community for 585 days. I have never been reported before until this report. And i was only ever banned for apparent stream sniping , which was a cluster fuck of a situation as i was not even stream sniping.
I have been a member of this server for a very long time. I have never been banned for a rule break in game. I have done lots of good things in this community like helping new players too the server and have also been able to join all whitlisted factions due to having good RP. In my time in the community i have been recommend for having very good RP a few times. This is true , cops should always double check on the radio of what is happening in the area. What makes it worse is when you have armed rebels in the area and there is a shot being fired , so you should always ask on the radio what is happening.
In my opinion and many over people, what i did was not RDMed. I feel due too Vladics / staff opinion on me is why the ban was issued. If it was someone who was not that hated by staff the ban probably would not have been issued. In the end the whole police was initated at the HMP , vladic was only 75 odd meters and had his TS muted. He was fully unaware of the initiation. That is not my fault if he decides to have his TS muted in an active general operation.
Now down too what has been said in the final post of the report.

At the same time, you do not have a grasp on the situation either as Libby is restrained.'' - You litterally state here if Vladic had TS unmuted , he would have responded too the RP situation differently and probably would not have been killed. You say that Vladic was not doing anything wrong , but he was trying to remove Silkers run , which went against what we said during the initiation. If Silker was unrestrained and walked off , then i would have no reason too shoot at Vlad.
Quote 2 -'' You pointing out that “he had his radio muted” only serves to prove that Vladic was justified in skipping the resolution stage. He knew that attempting to “resolve” it with you would just end up agitating him due to the apparent “I’m always right, everyone else is wrong.” attitude. '' . - Vladic had no reason to skip talking to me on TS. The rule should apply to everyone , but sadly he did not. We could have skipped the report stage and had a decent chat on TS. We could have very easily got Spooner in the channel and he could have vouched that the cops were initiated and that Vladic did not follow it.
Quote 3 - ''it would still be RDM because you shot Vladic even after he would have “complied” with the demands to unrestrain.'' - Vladic did not comply , as he was trying too remove Silkers gun and he had someone set up behind him ready too taze my guy.
So now i have pointed out why i feel the ban was a bit uneeded. In the end all i can say is sorry if i ruined you RP. I was fully aware of the initiation and i held back shooting when i was told many times too shoot. I double checked and was told too shoot , so i did. If this appeal leads to me getting a 6 month perm , it would suck because i have been here for such a long time and have made lots of friends. Yes my RP has not been the best at times, but it has improved a lot recently , so i do hope i get another chance. If not i shall leave pissed but in a mature way and say goodbye to all my friends and go join another community.
