In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I typed ''Vlad' chat when he was streaming. He then told me too ''Ohh Hoggie Fuck Off'' in side chat. So me thinking he was joking i said '' Vlad is a cunt <3''. He then starts saying stuff like '' i can only help people as much as i can'' I am then banned for 4.6.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i was asking in side chat for help as i was bugged invisible restraints. So i said Vlad in side. I am not happy with the way i was banned. What made it worse was the stuff he about me on his stream after i was banned. I then tried too explain my self on Vlads stream but i instantly got banned from his stream.
Here is some some of the things i can quote what he said about me , which was clearly unneeded .
'' Hoggie is an aggressive motherfucker on the fourms'' , '' Fuck him i dont care'' , '' He has a very hostile person and even TinybigJ has had too talk too him about how aggressive he is''. '' I will be happy if he receives a 6 month ban''.   - Like there was no need for any of this too be said.

I would also like too add i have been here for 17 months , and this is my first ban. I have not been banned before apart from the mess up with the steam group situation.

So i should be unbanned because i literally was going too ask for me too be kicked from the server because i was bugged in a CSO hands. I then got ripped into on his stream. I have been in this server since May 6th 2015 and have never been banned before , so i feel this is kinda a unfair ban. I did not break any form of rules i was just watching his stream while i was playing. I did not gain any form of information from his stream. I feel i was wrongfully banned and i wish to be unbanned so i can play with my friends.

I literally only typed ''vlad'' in game because i was going too ask him too kick me. I was in restraints but i had apparently TPed away. I know this from CSO Fabio Gonzalo messaging me saying i was bugged. I am disgusted in the way i was banned and i can't explain how pissed i am about the shit talking after.

Vlad i was gonna ask for your help as im bugged , but you just told me too fuck off XD 

So that is the chat log there. So i ask Vlad in game and he tells me too fuck off. So as a joke i write ''Vlads a cunt'' as i thought he was joking. I then quote what he said ''fuck off''. He starts then going on stream saying how he going too ban me. I then tell him i was going too ask for his help because i was bugged but he still proceeds too ban me off the server.

About the stream sniping bit. I was watching Vlads stream while i was chilling on TS. I then loaded into Kavala to go too the drug dealer. I get knocked out and RP with a CSO before getting put into the police zamak. Then when i am pulled out the whole situation occurs and i get banned. I did not gain any unfair information for having vlads stream on my second monitor at like 5% volume.

So I was in a little situation with Hoggie. I had knocked him out but due to some desync it was kinda sketchy due to him being in the animation of pulling his gun out. 

I then decided it would be best to let Hoggie go, so I went to pull him out of the police zamak, while doing so me and another officer, both escorted him at the same time, this ended up with Hoggie going poof and was no where to be found / Interacted upon. On Hoggie's side though, he was still in my arrest, but only he could see himself.

I didn't even know he was in my arrest before I msg'ed him to apologize, but he told me that, on his screen, he was still in my arrest. 

From what I was told, Hoggie was just trying to get some help/answers from Vladic, since he knew that he was online. Due to, Hoggie being invisible and non interactable he felt an admin might have had an answer which could had helped him. 

This ended up in what looks like a misunderstanding.

Because I have had enough of your toxic attitude here and what you said was the last straw. You NEEDED a ban here. I can only hope the reviewing admin sees the same as I won't be dealing with this dispute. 

For the reviewing staff member this player has been warned on several occasions about his attitude here by several of the management team. Tonight was the last straw and I felt a ban was deserved. I leave the decision to someone else.

Because, as always, I can say what I want on my streams. Nothing is going to change about that. I was expressing my feelings about the way you act on the forums.

Do you really think this is the mature thing too say about some member of your community. You seemed too take a lot of enjoyment from banning me.

But either way for the reviewing admin , please watch these two videos which is my evidence of how stupid this situation is. I honestly feel Vladic has something against me, and that's his reason for the ban. I feel the decision too ban me was very biased and unfair on me.

I had one issue with Tiny Big J, we had a long discussion and we were cool with each other in the end. We have no problem between each other. And you have not really warned me. You have just messaged me saying my name has been brought up because i jumped into a police lounge too talk too friends. And the other time where you thought i was being sarcastic in a post when i was not.

Like i would not really class that as a warning. If you look at my recent posts i do not try too cause shit , or even complaint to much. So no i am not here too cause a problem im just here too play with friends.

One step ahead of you mate. Already got someone from the staff team to give me the chat log so i could use it in my appeal. I would also like too say why do you feel it is okay too be hostile towards someone else , but the second they say something back too you , you instantly ban them. Like come on man , its like you can talk shit about people , but the second they do you just get offended and ban them.

I would also like too say , i hope for an unbiased admin too review this post , that i have not previously had a problem with.

I did not use the information haha , i was roleplay with cops when you started chatting shit about me. Lots of people watch your stream and play in game , if they have two monitors. I mean come on , i was on the server for like 8 mins before i got banned. I honestly feel you are looking for any way too get me banned off the server. You were flying around with admin cam , its not like i came up too you and killed you.

edit -  Also you have no proof that i was abusing information... You can even speak too the CSO who i was RPing with that i just spawned in. Got rubbered and was RPing with him till i was bugged and then you banned me. I would also say that you would probably loose half your viewers per stream if people did not watch the stream while play in game.

If I had said "fuck you" in game I would be persuaded by your argument however I said it in a third party program which our in game rules dissuade you to watch. That ties with my previous experience of your attitude here and I made an informed decision to ban you because of YOUR in game actions. If it was in my stream you would have been banned from the stream and that would have been the end of it. You felt that the 100 odd players in game at the time should see that you called a member of RPUK a "cunt <3" and I took justifiable action on that.

Wow , so i saw you were in game and i typed ''Vlad'' in side , what is the big deal about that. Like i could have very easily opened up the text system in game and saw you were in game then. I honestly think this is pathetic. Your literally just trying too find a good enough reason too get me banned from the server. I feel that you can easily chat shit too people but when people replies you just take offensive and throw the ban hammer down instantly.  I mean im not even a bad person , i have had people message me on TS wishing me luck on my appeal. I mean clearly i cant be causing too much problem if some SGT from the police messages me trying too give me support. 

I would also like too say calling someone a cunt isn't even that bad. I mean if i was hostile about it , then fair enough ban me. But i was not even hostile about it. I literally just needed you too kick me in game as i was bugged. You made it into a big thing my chatting shit about me without realising i was watching

Also i have seen on many of occasions that people have been banned for saying stuff outside of TS. So its weird too think you can chat shit about people but if they say something like ''Wilco is a Nazi'' or some other shit they say. They instantly get community banned.

Either way i cant be bothered for this no more. Im gonna leave this (unless you reply) . Purely because your clearly still intoxicated and this is affecting your judgement on the situation. I also have work tomorrow , so i need too get up for that. Can't have a petty dispute affecting my real life job.
