I think this maybe due to running someone over, I'm not too sure for the reasoning, that'd be my guess.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I bring a lot of fun to the server, I always try to role play and give people a fun experience whenever I meet them. I'm very new to RP so I may come out of character a little sometimes &amp; I forget that there are very strict rules; all of course my fault but I think i'm following the rules and playing appropriately more than I am doing any wrong. I apologise for the second offence but I hope to play again, thanks for your time.

You've just proven to me quite clearly that you have no regard for the server rules and you couldn't even be bothered to check what the rule is that you broke.
