In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because the man was very mad that me and my friend had kidnapped him and he was trying to find excuses to ban us.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because this man for one broke rp by looking at his keychain to find out our names all the while relaying that information to his friends and even masis said "Alright, so after reading all the replies on this report and seeing the video, I have seen a couple of things. Ant Arni, in the video, I can clearly hear you speak to your friend on teamspeak without hot micing it ingame which is a breach of this server rule:
(3.5) Restraining & Zipties - If you have been restrained or detained, you must broadcast your communications through direct chat until your radio has been removed from you in roleplay. At this point, you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication." So he shouldent have known my name since i never stated it and i had a mask on and adressing what the acension leader said none of his guys did is invalid because as GHOSTK1LL3R quotes "Leader of Ascension here (Involved because gang directly stated in the video that 'we' wanted 'Ant Arni' dead)." we never said that and i would like you to provide proof we did in the video.

Now for adressing the "combat logging" you accused us of doing to provide proff that we dident for starters your friend you had in your channel could have never been there to shoot us if you haddent meta gamed by telling him where we were and to go along with that could have never innitiated for the both of you allowing him to "shoot at us".

Now to adress the issue of me saying "A A" so in the video i stated that "We were contracted to find a man wearing a green hat and a Blue bandana" (3:10 video below) also saying that we reconised his face on description ( 6:38 video below) and me saying the nickname "A A" was the nickname which we discussed in teamspeak about it being in the discription of the man someone wanted dead.

So let me get this right, you dont agree that the ban on yourself was just?

Do you also think just because the player that reported you broke rules means you should get a free get out of jail card? And just to make it clear the player who reported you received a ban for his actions.

 
No I do not agree the ban I received because like you stated the player who made the appeal for me got banned because of his actions thus voiding my actions because I would have never done such things or involved in this had he not broke the rules.

 
Right. A little lesson to learn here, two wrongs never make a right! Just because someone else breaks rules what gives you the right to do so yourself? 

Instead of you blaming another player for your mistakes realise your mistakes and own up to them. 

And to re alliteratie my point again, the Reportee (Arnt Arne) got banned for his actions.

I now realize i've done something wrong but did not realize it in the past because it was a grey area and i'm sorry for my actions and I wont let it happen again.

 
So you say you've learnt from this rule break and yet break a forum dispute a ban rule. This isn't convincing that you've actually learnt anything about following rules.

Why should this dispute not get denied?

 
In the heat of the moment i was mad because no staff had even touched the report in 4 days and i was constantly checking it because i love the server and want to get unbanned really badly and in section 12 in the rules it says no bumping which i dident think about at that time but i defiently have learned my lesson from not being able to play my favorite server since the 17th

Plus just to point out Ant Arni liked SI Tampax's post above and i believe that is a violation of rule 12.4

I wish i could have taken back that bumping post but whats on the internet is on the internet. *sigh*

 
You were mad because no Staff Members touched your Unban Appeal in 4 Days? To clarify a few things for you; Staff Team Members are volunteers. We do this in our spare time because want to better the community and help in any and all ways we can. Ontop of this; Unban Appeals are the LOWEST priority.

Now, onto your claim that Ant Arni liking Si Tampax's post is in violation of rule 12.4 - It's not. 12.4 states commenting not liking. 

(12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not involving you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction.

From what I have read from you thus far; you've not really convinced me to Unban you. I'll give you another shot. IN DETAIL explain to me why I should unban you knowing full well that you've shown us that you don't really have much regard for the rules.
