In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Basically some dudes were standing in the middle of the road and i ran them down when turning the corner. In all fair ness people shouldn't be standing in the middle of the road.

Why should we unban you ?
Im sorry if i intentionally broke the rules, I enjoy this server and the gameplay which is brings also the ruling is fair and i agree it was bit harsh what i did, if you give me a second chance i promise to be more careful when driving. I am seriously sorry for running over the pedestrians. I did do it in a rather aggresive manner and i apologize for that it will never happen again. Noone died or was injured; this doesn't excuse the fact of my pathetic behavior. I really do enjoy this server and im really hoping i get a chance to redeem myself.

I don't think you really understand the rule and WHY we have it, as shown by your complete disrespect and arrogance for it in your teamspeak liaison with Drew.

In real life if someone was in the road and you were stationary and starting to move, I'm pretty sure it's your fault.. regardless, they we're  roleplaying and enjoying the game in the road which is probably an infringement of the LAW and not our RULES.

You have no prior rule infractions however your arrogance intrigues me. 

Please demonstrate to me that you understand the VDM rules, why we have them and what you could do next time that would be within our rules.

I intentionally drove into them from a stationary position making my vehicle a weapon; I acted in a immature manor and i realized after even though your server has a vdm script that I broke a rule which is taken seriously on your server. I understand completely that you have the vdm rule to flush out those who have no interest in your server rules from the server, Next time i will beep my horn and drive around those in the middle of the road. I also want to apologize to drew for trying to make some sort of lee-way between us by stating i was sorry even after i broke the vdm rule. I knew what i did was in the wrong and i don't understand why i did what i did; I see that you have a fair community here and i haven't broken any rules in the past i am sincerely sorry, I understand and abide by your VDM Rules and all your server rules.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc)

(1.6) The Staff Team may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.

Edit : My ban appeal was and sounded arrogant i do apologize for that.
