Date & Time you was banned:: 24 October 2015, around 8:50PM
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Farmer Giles
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I know for a fact why I was banned: I sent the message "STOP YOUR VEHICLE OR DIE" 3 times in side channel accidentally when it should've gone to direct chat. I am fully aware of my mistake and will always double check to see what chat I am in (the correct when).
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 4A) Using or broadcasting intelligence on sidechat or teamspeak to influence actions in game.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I should have a final chance because I clearly understand what I have done wrong and know how to avoid it in the future.

I have clearly read through the Rules top to bottom and will follow them all.

Half of us said it in voice and half were meant to say it in direct chat (not side). We did this just to make sure that the person understood and was aware of the situation.

I now know that typing in chat is not necessary so will not continue doing it.

 
Although it was a complete mistake sending it in side chat, I fully understand what I have done wrong and will not do it again.

Just out of curiosity, why was I banned straight away when there is a rule that states:

Quality roleplay can only be achieved with a microphone so anyone caught on our servers using direct chat to type or RP will be warned/kicked and if they come back and proceed to not use a microphone then will be issued a ban (Punishment kick/ban)

A kick usually means the player will reconnect, a ban will force the player to read the rules

What do you think its more effective ?
