I was banned because of VDM on a helicopter

Why should we unban you.

I didn't mean to do any of it! My game lagged out, screen froze but I could still hear ingame audio. Didn't know what was going on, then the game comes back and I'm dead and there's a helicopter on fire! None of this was intentional, I'm new to Arma3 and AtlisLife. I've only been playing for 1 week so I ask if I can be given the chance to play again, as I enjoy this RolePlay server so much. 

I will be upgrading my PC soon, so hopefully it can handle this game better. I'm willing to comp for any lost money, as it clearly was my fault. I haven't received any ingame messages from those effected since the incident that I've seen. But I can give all money lost back to anyone that died that day. I've made my first million, so it should cover anything lost.

My apologise once again..

Why did you not approach the people involved in the VDM?

 
I'm new I don't know how you contact people who are not near you, If I did i would of contacted them ASAP. I've only used voice comms in this game by pressing caps lock. 

I am reading up on some of the basics in this game.. hotkeys etc., trying my best to educate myself as this server is my first experience in Arma 3.

I want to be involved in good RP as I'm finding it very enjoyable, so hopefully if you unban I can get into some good RP situations while improving my knowledge as I'm still fairly new. If this situation and/or another situation happens I've setup NVIDIA shadow play so I've got everything recorded so I'll be able to provide evidence for admins, I'll try and actively seek out the individuals affected through the forums/TS to try and comp there or whatever they want to try get the situation resolved without it ending up like this again.

Apart from that i'll try my best not to break the rules, I feel this situation was outside of my control, but I was in the wrong so I do understand it is my fault, so I realise what I've done wrong and I hope you can give me a second chance.

I hope to only improve from here on.

Can you explain the rule you broke in your own words?

I broke rule 2.1 which is VDM which stands for vehicle death match it's when you purposely use your vehicle to ram into other people or vehicles, in order to blow up a vehicle / cause an explosion which kills the person and/or the vehicle.
