In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I jokingly said "kys" in reply to a genuine question in OOC chat from a player in need, which was rude and antisocial. I wasinitially banned for Swearing out of RP (Rule 1.3) but i believe another rule that i technically broke was...

(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity).

Why should we unban you ?
It was a lighthearted joke, i understand why i was banned and accept that i must be punished for it, I have seen people get away with much worse, so i thought it would be ok to say what i said, i now realise it is not, no matter what others say i should be better than them. I am sorry for any offence caused and i regret that i was immature enough to say such things, I think it has taken this ban to make me realise that this server is extremely serious, and that is why it is so great, in the future i will take my RP and OOC interactions with all other members of this community much more seriously.

So you at the time thought saying kill yourself in response to a genuine question was a lighthearted and above board thing to do?

This ban had nothing to do with how serious the server is, it is infact to do with how unacceptable your response was. If someone was to ask you a question in the street, do you believe kill yourself is an appropriate response?

So given you can't follow server or forum rules it seems, why should we consider unbanning you.

As for server rules, I apologise for any offence caused and since my ban I have had time to reflect on what i did, I now understand that any rule break, even in jest is unnacceptable and I will now follow the rules to the best of my ability

As for forum rules, i realise why opening another unban appeal was wrong, it's unnecessary and i expect its plain annoying to staff members, I apologise for this also, I was simply eager to be unbanned and also thought my first ban appeal may have been voided because I edited it after 30 mins of creation, but i now realise I should have simply been patient and waited to be seen to.

I have reflected, and I now understand that i must take the rules seriously and follow them at all times no matter what I interpret the rules to be, they are clear and I was stupid to break them, I apologise sincerely and promise to respect all rules in-game and on the forums. 

I had applied to become apart of the Police Force shortly before my ban and so if I am accepted after this hopefully it will yhelp me with following and also understanding the rules more

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

thisnrule means swearing in OOC chat or in voice, at a time where there is no roleplay and it is not considered part of roleplay

this means that staff will deal with ban appeals in their time and any "bumping" (trying to get your appeal noticed and constantly asking about your ban appeal) is not allowed and will result in a lock of the appeal
