ah basicly i was driving pass the bridge at kavala to the garage as spc mystic needed my help i seen some rebels aiming at some hobo stealing a car so i thought i would just drive pass as i was way out numbered but then someone shot me in the head im not sure if i am allowed to say the name of the guy who did that so i spawned at kavala hq thinking it was ok also since i believed i was rdmed  to get my gear ready and to wait for nlr to end so i can go back on patrol as iv been told its ok long as you dont leave hq then i was banned :? soon as i respawned at hq

because im a good person iv played many hours as police and nhs to help the members of this server iv never done anything wrong before

Due to the complexity of the situation, I'll vouch for an unban. 

1) GothicCorpse claims RDM. Neither confirmed or denied. However I did saw [TI] Kieron (the guy that shot the PC) say that he needed to stop the car.

2) According to police meetings, police are allowed to respawn at the Kavala HQ, whilst being killed in Kavala HQ. They need to sit upstairs, untill their NLR is up. The police need strict guidlines with this, cause essentially it's still breaking NLR when it is not put into the rules page. I'll talk to police command about strict rules here.

I will be handling your appeal for your pending deportation from the island.

Although you were following police protocols in regards to spawning which you believed were proper, how did you know the person "RDM you?" Did you decide that, or did a superior officer decided you were "RDMed?"

well its just the fact that all i seen was them pointing guns at some guy near a car and shouting at him as i think some guy was trying to steal the car or something  and the next i was killed didnt hear any warning shots or shooting at the tires just bang dead most people i tell the story about why i was banned all say i was rdmed :?
