I was banned for VDMing people in kavala.I understand that this is completly wrong

I was banned because i was VDMing in kavala.

Why should we unban you ?
Looking back i realise how stupid it was of me to vdm them people.I was being a complete arsehole and i accept full responsibility and understand why i was banned.It has been a few months since i was banned infact it was last year and i regret what i did.I miss this server dearly because its by far the best altis life server out there.I have learned from what i did and i can assure you it will never happen again.I apologise for my behaviour.I realised what i was doing was completly wrong and selfish as i was ruinning other players experience of the server.I have learnt my lesson.

If you think this is the best altis life server by far, and yet you still commit to such a stupid rule-break that is on nearly every server? How can we be sure something like this would not occur again. 

 
I have had alot of time to think about it and i can say confidently that i have learned from my mistake.I can assure you this will never happen again.I miss this server dearly and if i ever got the chance to play on it again i would not screw that opportunity up by acting like a fool.

 
You've not fully answered Auxen's question. Whilst you may have had a long time to think about it, you've not explained how we can't be sure you won't do it again.

From our perspective, you are saying you knew it was against our rules, yet you decided to completely disregard them spoiling the experience of other players.

In my mind, these are the worst type of rule breaks. Mistakes happen, but when people go out their way to knowingly break them, I have a hard time understanding why we should even bother to take the risk. 

This is your time to fight your case with a little bit more effort than you're currently showing.

 
I have no idea how i can fully convince you that this will not happen again i understand completly if you dont want to take the risk with me.The only thing i can say is that it has been many months since this happened and i have matured since then and i regret what i did i really do.You are right i purposly Vdmed people and this ruins peoples experience.It was very selfish and foolish what i did.I can keep saying that i promise this wont happen again but i know you guys need more than my word to take the risk of letting me back in.I am sincerely sorry for what i did.I would kill for a second chance to play on this again.If i got that chance i would not muck it up by being an arsehole and i promise you that.My word is not enough and i no that but i really dont no how you guys can be sure of me.I hope you take what i have said in to consideration.Thank you for your time.

 
Please explain in detail what was going through your head at the time. Then, quote the rule you broke then explain in your own words why the rule exists and what you understand of that rule.

 
This was along time ago i cant fully remember what was going threw my head but i do remember that i was looking for a police chase.I was driving at high speeds threw kavala weaving in and out of lanes.It was causing confusion and making people crash there vehicles.I was basically just being a complete troll at that period of time and it makes me feel shit saying that but its through and i must be honest.I didnt have much and i was bored.I was hoping to get into a police chase.

Rule broken - (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)

I think this rules exists to stop people doing stuff like i did.Using vehicles to troll and ruin the whole servers experience.Also to stop people taking advantage of vehicles in a combat situation and using a vehicle as a weapon E.g causing explosions to other vehicles,knocking people down ect.When people VDM it ruins peoples experience.Its in place to stop people from taking advantage of situations.

I will admit that at that point of time that i was playing on the server i hadnt fully read the rules.I understand what VDM is fully now and why it is in place.From my understanding its to stop people from using vehicles as a weapon to ram people , cause harm and explosions , using then for an advantage in situations and general trolling with them.Ramming excludes MRAPS aswell.

 
Many of our other rules have been adjusted or changed since your ban. Please take some time to read through them and confirm you understand them. If you aren't sure of any of them, please let us know.  You 'may' be tested on the rules either here on in TS, so please make sure you do indeed read them.

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
